tdo7125 hola amigo & thank you. ❤️☺️ The sugarcane infuses the shrimp with a subtle sweetness. I’ve always used lemon grass stalks as skewers when I couldn’t find sugarcane and those infused the shrimp with an amazing citrus flavor too. 😋
