First let me say, in general I back the blue. My Dad was on the job for 40 years. BUT, I agree with you. EVERY move that officer made was overly aggressive and he wouldn't give the man time to comply. He had every intention of tazing that man at the least opportunity. I hope a supervisor reviewed the video and sent the young officer for further training at least.

Often prisons have people with less education. Possibly more learning disabilities, ADHD, mental illness, brain injury like post-concussion syndrome, etc. If some of those individuals have slower processing ability, differences in cognition, medications, having multi-step instructions given rapidly are going to be confusing in the best of times. You start screaming, add stress, etc., then the executive functions get even more affected.

I've known many people over the years who smoke weed that buy it in quantity. It lessens the chance of being caught because you're not out buying it every other day. True they can hit you for distribution but because it was sealed like that, he could easily argue that it wasn't packaged for sales & get off easily enough if it's a first offence i would think?

Nah as long as it is bulk and he doesn't have a scale or empty baggies to put it in he can claim personal use up to a certain weight. I would much rather have a quarter pound in one package charged as personal than 3 grams in individual bags. Selling and trafficking are what gets you prison time. Personal use gets you drug court and probation.

To this day I would never call My Parents for anything, I didn't want them to worry or be disappointed in me. What is very disgusting and disrespectful is the way she treats her Father.... And as old she is My Parents would beet my a$$$ , and you have to handle your own adult mistakes. 😡

It’s legal here in NY and yesterday in Oakland Gardens where I live a legal weed store was shot up and robbed. 3 robbers shot 2 people (one a customer the other an employee) with a .22 for the weed and the cash. Legal or not, it’s the people using it who are making it a problem.

The young cop around 22:59 had something to prove for the cameras for sure. The way he tackled the suspect after having complied putting the hands on the car was just excessive force and absolutely unnecessary and led to all that followed because the suspect felt played and didn't understand what he did wrong. The cop simply was a douche who wanted to provoke something spectacular.
