I just saw the 2 J run last Saturday night at the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum. They ran it for all the quests at an Annual Party on the Patio event. Jim Hall Jr drove the car. Al the tables for dinner were surrounded by all of the other Chaparral race cars.
@@dr.jiIIaIicecooper2587 No "dr", I have very large hands, and a very small keypad. Sometimes the wrong letters get typed. But thanks for your unsolicited medical opinion...
@Jeff Young Or worse, everyone else would want one and try to build one (witness the Brabham BT46), and someone would come up with an improvement that involved a bungee cord or slingshot.
@@thethirdman225 it may have won or not but no imformation was given, but what we know is the car was deemed to dominate 1970 cam an season. it was 2 seconds faster than it's nearest rival. the car had issues but that was not the reason the car raced only one time. it was outlawed due to protest by rival teams the car was too op and damaging to other cars. The Chrapperal 2J was a revolutionary car. That's why saying it's not a good car because it didn't win or race is misleading if you don't look at the whole picture
They use that to clean small parts and debris, off the track, after a wreck😁 They don't make dust collection bags, for vacuum cleaners that big anymore.
