Ingredients:
Whole garam masala spices:
Cinnamon sticks - 2 pc
Cloves - 2 pcs
Cardamom - 1 pc
Black pepper - 10 pcs
Bay leaves - 1 pc
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Star Anees - 1 pc
Oil - 3 tbsp
Onions : 1
Tomatoes : 2 pcs
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilly. - 2 pcs
Potato - 1
coconut - 1/2 for milk extract
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry masala - 2 tsp
Salt - as required amount
Eggs - 3 nos.
Coriander leaves - as required for garnishing
