Ingredients:
1 Pound ground, beef, lamb, chicken, or veal (add 1 tbsp salt)
1 Large onion (2 small)
Half bunch cilantro
1 Garlic clove
2 Onion bite
2 Green Chili
2 tomatos
Ginger (Equivalent to 1 tbsp ginger past)
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Red Chili powder
1 tbsp Green Chili powder
5 tbsp Coriander seeds
2 tbsp Cumin
1tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
5 tbsp Chickpea flour
4 tbsp Flour
2 Eggs
Directions:
Hand mix the ingredients
Make palm size patties
Add enough cooking oil in a frying pan
Place the pan on low flame
Fry patties until done
Directions for making Dipping sauce:
Chop (grind) 1/4 bunch fresh mint
Chop (grind) 1/4 bunch of cilantro
Chop (grind) 3 green chili peppers
Add 1 tbsp salt
Add 1 bowl yogurt
Mix together
