If we have a dragonborn or an elf... Man, I know I'm probably asking for too much, but I'd love some extra lines for the voiced characters reacting to that...something like: Sable: "...is that a dinosaur...? Yum..." Chucky: "What the fuck is that guy wearing in the ears?" Nicolas Cage: "Who did your make up? Those scales look so real"
Oh no, there are at least three clear picks for licensed survivors, in my opinion; Drizzt Do'urden (Consider him the protagonist of D&D, and my most despised character of all time) Elminster (Who would definitely come in with new Invocation Perks), or Volo (Who would be Nic Cage goofy, but I'll take it). Additionally the map would either be The Citadel of Cavitius, or The Black Tower, both of which would be pretty cool. Though, if getting either of them means we wouldn't get a Castle map coming in with Dracula, then I hope it's neither.
i feel like i've heard someone comment drizzt before, but i haven't heard of the other two; that's good to know regardless though i hope whoever they pick/make is non-human since i'd LOVE to get a non-human survivor
@@NotK0R0 Yeah, the other two are human. Drizzt is a Drow, and I'm personally not a fan of him as a character, but personal preference aside, a nonhumam survivor would be pretty sick. Well, another one, anyway, what with Nic Cage being actually just a god made flesh.
@@gremlinwc8996 TL;DR at the bottom; Okay, and that's fair. In the context of DbD, Drizzt is a great idea, for the above said reason. But from my perspective, as someone who has been DMing for... 17 Years? And for the most part REALLY story heavy, character driven games? Do you know how many times I've had players explain their Drow's entire backstory, and it punctuates with me saying "So... You're playing Drizzt Do'Urden?" And it's NEVER the newbies I have a problem with. It's the 10 Year Veterans that somehow thing they're going to slip Copy/Paste Drizzt past me. I swear, I had a player come to me once, and she was like "So, I'm playing a drow." and I sighed, then she was like "She's the daughter of a matron and a devout disciple of Lolth", and I kid you not, I could have cried. Drizzt is just so very bland, in that specific way. It's not even Drizzt's fault that Drizzt is bland, it's the people who consistently change his name and try to play him as an excuse to not put in effort in a game that I spent A MONTH prepping for. TL;DR: Drizzt is universally loved, and because of this, he's inadvertently ruined drow for me as a whole because every good drow is played as Drizzt.
I feel like chapter 34 is going to be The Mad Designer from the Twisted Masquerade tome lore. We've had Blight and Twins leaked early in the Archives years before they came to the came so why not Jezebel AKA The Mad Designer?
I feel like she'd show up on another anniversary because it's her thing, maybe the 10 year anniversary or smthn. I feel like itd be kinda ironic for her to show up for a normal chapter tho
@NotK0R0 The logo for Castlevania's DBD chapter is the same as the Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles logo, so we might see Richter Belmont as the survivor for the chapter. I really hope they surprise us with a Castlevania map because it would be a letdown if they don't make one for the chapter.

If you skip to 39:25, Mathieu shares a few small details about the Castlevania chapter. Towards the end, Slasher asks him about a map for Castlevania and whether he can discuss it. Mathieu says he can't talk about that right now. So, it looks like we might not get more info until August 6th, which is about 79 days away. Hope you have a good day or night peace :)

This might be a stretch but another sign for Vecna is the “learn more” thing. The border around it is purple. Purple is used very frequently in promotional material for Eve of Ruin.
I have probably figured out who will be the Killer in Chapter 35 (confirmed licensed standalone Killer Chapter), which will be released in March 2025. On March 2, 2015, the game Five Nights at Freddy's 3 was released and ideally in March 2025 the game will celebrate its 10th anniversary, ideally when will have Chapter 35 with Licensed Killer. The main villain in FNAF 3 was William Afton aka Springtrap, Chapter 35 will be Fnaf. Maybe you can make a RU-vid video about this theory?
If chapter 34 isn’t an original killer (very unlikely) I would put my bet the licensed killer would be springtrap but if not then either slenderman or predator
I'm really glad that we're getting Dungeons and Dragons as a chapter for this game and that license is not a horror franchise at all but it has a horror vibes dark elements. And I understand some of the people at Behavior are fans of Dungeons and Dragons and they know that the dnd franchise does has horror in it even tho it's not considered a horror franchise so for me it's a pass. But like I said before there's franchises that have characters that definitely defy horror. But hopefully we get to see characters like The Terminator, Shao Kahn, homelander, to come in the fog that would be so sick.
agreed!! even though i'm not a huge fan of D&D, i love the fact that this chapter is happening because it's a MASSIVE step forward for other licenses i want to see enter the game, like homelander, scarecrow, or carnage all not necessarily characters from horror licenses, but all characters that'd fit right at home in dead by daylight imo

@@NotK0R0 exactly. Characters that bring horror to their own non-horror license. Like the white walkers from GoT, or maaybe the nazgul from LotR. Heck, I remember reading about final fantasy collab ideas.
If there rly is a Castlevania chapter coming into the game, I hope they won't give us a Belmont as a survivor. As a huge Castlevania fan, I REFUSE to see a Belmont running away from a killer. Simon could destroy 75% of the killer roster with his barehand. I already feel triggered when I see Ash without his weapons but Simon or Richter? Alucarde??!! No waay. I'd rather have a Bram Stoker chapter, that would make more sense. With Mina Murray and Jonathan Arker as survivor, that would be lit!
i can understand that, but you also have to understand they've already broken that SEVERAL times obviously for killer there's numerous powerhouses that could just kill all the survivors in seconds if it was all lore-accurate, but for survivors you have characters like alan wake and ash (who you mentioned) who have been nerfed to hell and back BHVR is no stranger to nerfing characters in order for them to fit in DBD, they've done it before and i assure you they'll do it again
it's a beholder in the teaser, sure, but i can almost guarantee you that the killer will be vecna not just due to the leaks, but also because of all of the restrictions of dead by daylight as a game that wouldn't accommodate a giant floating eyeball as a killer not to mention the beholder is behind bars, we can hear a laughing in the second half of the teaser (most likely vecna), and the killer is almost never directly shown in any DBD teaser and instead saved for the full trailer so showing the beholder isn't BHVR showing us the killer, but instead showing what vecna's capable of, potentially implying he captured the beholder
@@NotK0R0 eh. Maybe. I kinda hope it’s a beholder tho. A giant floating eye ball would be really unique to play as and his different ray attacks would be interesting to see. Tho I can see why that might be a nightmare to do for a game like this. But would be really cool nonetheless
A new type of effect will be in a perk for vecna, an invocation will be a perk for the survivor. Vecna will also receive a stranger things skin with his own sound effects (sound of the clock) ur welcome 🥰
would be really cool for a stranger things chapter, but personally i'm hoping for hopper and joyce as the survivors with eddie and robin as legendary skins for steve and nancy respectively
