Brother I finally got my hands on that 2Step. Hands down my favorite Cajun seasoning! Keep on being a champion in the community Bro, we love what you do!
@@GravyGGG Don't get me wrong, there are some really good ones out there like Slap Ya Mama. I like that the salt content is lower in the 2Step that makes good to put on just about everything. You got any good recommendations? I like to try out tons of seasonings lol
@@kellyshields8344 i love to put small baby potatoes (with skin, but rubbed clean), some champignons, halved carrots and a nice chicken (cut in half) in to the oven, rub them generously with oil or lard before and let them on medium to high heat in the oven sizzlin (put a few garlic clowes under the chicken), just pulling it out a few times to baist the chicken with its own juices so it wont go dry, approx. 10 mins before it is done i put the spices on them & baist one last time, than after baisting put some more cajun & salt (if u put it too early the salt will pull all the moisture out of the veggies & meat and the cajun will burn) Try it, its easy, tasty and pretty healthy.
@@kellyshields8344 If you haven't tried Tony Chachere's creole seasoning, you should. It's really good. They also sell a version with a reduced salt content. This is my go-to seafood seasoning.
I got in a cab in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and we told the driver we were from Louisiana and he said “do you know Stale Kracker?” The three of us in the cab said “That’s money dude!”. You global!
Finally got my 30 gal @stalecracker used a whole lot of 2 step and cooked amazing Cajun seafood for the whole family even had shrimp with peelability. You are an amazing person and I'm so grateful for your content. Made everyone laugh while we cooked that Cajun goodness. Keep it up sir
THAT is money!!! Dude!!!! This recipe looks Grrrrreat. I have always just put them on a grill until they just open and the slurp them down. Reeeal easy to down a dozen or two.
I recommend a new haven style knife for opening larger oysters, IMO it’s easier to keep the shell out of your oyster and not scramble it with the knife. I grow oysters for a living so I feel like I’m knowledgeable on the subject of shucking.
Out of all the things you did this was the best. I love oysters and ya you right, it don't matter how good they are if there's shells all in them after shucking. They get to going so fast I think they get complacent about that sometimes. And I hate sending stuff back though, I don't ever send food back. If my steak comes back well done then I hope they have A-1 cuz I'm eating it or I got taters instead of greens I'm eating it loli just have the bill ajusted to what I got. I've actually received several free meals from 🤷 sounds crazy but Ive worked at alot of restaurants in my day. If it's like fine dining open kitchen hey no problem. My friends used to laugh at me for it secretly I was laughing at them
That's money dude thanks for all the great videos its funny I only just started watching about 2 weeks ago but I'm from south Australia and for a minute now I've been cooking with w sauce and cajun spice it's hands down one of the best tasting combinations on the planet put that on a cracker... much love from south Australia 🇦🇺✌🤙
Buddy had to get an iv at that hospital to rehydrate after hydrating too much at my fishing camp. Great little hospital. Not sure if they reopened after Hurricane Ida though. That bitxx Ida got my camp so I haven’t been down in a while.
Makin these tonight . In case you haven't tried it, the 2 step seasoning is really really good. Not too salty, lil sweet, great flavor. We have it at Academy Sports. Made some BBQ shrimp with the 2 step , Legit stuff.
Dude I love watching your videos even though I dont eat seafood (born and raised in myrtle beach S.C.) probably the only beach boy that dont eat seafood 🤣 but still love your videos! They MONEY DUDE!!💪💪
