Firstly the scholars have fatawa refuting and warning against these kinds of things, the mufti was asked about concerts and he warned against them. And secondly, how do you know the scholars don’t advise the rulers. Just because they don’t make their advices public and tell the people what they do, doesn’t mean that they don’t advise.
