Sharmila Tagore looks so beautiful, especially in her western outfits. Few things to learn from this movie. Never trust even your relatives with your business. It is stupid to sign blank checks. I do not think anyone does that now. And do not look down upon someone, you never know their struggles.

13:14 Sanjeev Kumar was a university of acting. Not only was he himself a great actor but he also drew the best out of his co-stars. It can be seen in all his movies. Sharmila was able to get the national award for Mausam only because she was pitted against the best of the craft. Sanjeev Kumar was simply great in Mausam. Whenever I am in despair I watch a movie of Sanjeev Kumar wherein all intense emotions are showcased with perfection that your soul gets a soothing effect. I will not be around, but my comments will! Just immortalising my comments, and of course, my own being.

A very good exact remake of the old Bengali Movie, Kalankito Nayak starring Uttam Kumar, Aparna Sen and Sabitri Chatterjee. Sanjeev Kumar, Sharmila Tagore and Yogeeta Bali did justice to the script. Utpal Dutt played the role of lawyer in both the films with a change of speaking style in the Hindi version. R.D.Burman scored fabulous music and background score and some of the songs are super hit even today. Worth watching.

Sanjeevji is isuch a fantastic actor. I am trying to watch his movies everyday. He is so versatile that every character he does he makes it look so realistic.
