Oh Rosie you really are...in the true sense of the word so thoughtful....truly full of thought in all you do...knowing that people are on tight budgets and worrying about Christmas. You have a beautiful soul and I really value all your wonderful videos, your kind words, bubbly personality and amazing craft ideas. I work in an arts and craft shop and often mention your channel to my customers. I also have a lovely colleague who tells me she's not crafty or "clever like that", so I sent her a link to your channel and today she sent me a pic of her and her young daughter with the book page decorations they'd made together. I think she's hooked! 😁👌🏼💕💕💕
Picture of the 4 babies blown up. Woah. What a scary picture 😂. Just kidding, some beautiful pieces and gifts. Our charity stores are nothing like that. Primark is probably the best brand I've ever seen in them. The area doesn't have much money in general so I'm not surprised. I've given them a good look at various times of the year. The best thing I found was a new book for my little boy whilst we were in Norfolk. That was a lovely store. There aren't even any stores nearby that could donate new items to them such as the PJs. Thank you for thinking of everyone this time of year and sharing your ideas. Xx
Absolutely beautiful Rosie, I love charity shops, my daughter works for St Michaels hospice, so when I drop her off I always have to go in shopping lol 😊. Hope you inspire lots more people to start visiting charity shops too ❤xx
Lovely finds Rosie! I am a heart lover, the candle is lovely. Such a nice gift! I wish our charity shops in my neighborhood had such lovely items. It's hit or miss here as well. ♥️🙂
Well done Rosie for showing that you can give nice things without spending to much or getting into debt, I would love to receive the things you got, just be grateful for anything.
9:17 when your beautiful dress matches your all your lovely thrifted Christmas gifts perfectly. 😁👌🏼 Rosie, you and Emma are my two favourite social media ladies! 💕💕 EDIT: 😱 I hadn't even got to Millie's pyjamas when I posted this!
Love the stuff you find I found some Spode Christmas tree placemats this year my husband and I started collecting it 30+ years ago when my daughters were little girls when he died I split what we had collected to my 2 daughters both married with boys if their own we collected enough to give them 8 complete place settings each plus loads of dishes etc… I will never stop looking for it in charity shops 😀
Hi Rosie. What wonderful gifts and at such great prices! I really, really miss charity shops as we don’t have them in Greece. However, there are many charitable Christmas bazaars so I try to attend those. Through you, I subscribed to Emma Radcliffe’s channel- she’s a total joy and you and her are definitely my favourite You Tubers. I’m quite sad that Emma rarely uploads videos but I think her job and home life keeps her really busy. Thank you Rosie for keeping things real during these very hard times and you are so refreshing and a real delight.❤️🥰🎄
Gorgeous finds Rosie, The thrifting fairy has worked her magic for you. I love it when you get an idea and then walk into the charity shop and the item your after is sitting there.... saying " I`ve been waiting for you!".
You got some lovely items there Rosie 🥰, I love the charity shops too, I got so much lovely Christmas decor this year from them 🎄☺️. So glad you managed to get the pjs , I’ve got 2 boys and love them being the same too ❤️ thanks for sharing Belle x
You give the most amazing ideas for thoughtful gifts on a budget and I really think these type of gifts are the ones people appreciate and remember the most xx
Hi Rosie, I loved your ideas to make Christmas affordable and keep with the spirit of giving while not overspending! I’m currently living in Spain and have just found the best charity shop! It’s run by expat British pensioners who are having a great time volunteering, and the atmosphere is a riot while everything is well cared for and low priced! The only catch? They close at 1pm! They take siesta and retirement seriously so they begin the countdown at “diez minutos” to 1:pm and it’s a bit of a race to finish your shopping and pay! All in good fun though! Merry Christmas!
Bit late to the party only just watched your video, sorry, but what great things & good bargains you picked up. I know some people not keen on charity shops but you can get some cracking stuff for next to nothing. I volunteer in a charity shop it's so worthwhile & people are so generous with what they give so I would advise anyone to go.hsve a good look round. It's like you say Rosie, just keep going in & have a good look your sure to find something. Great video
Love you Rosie x thanks for showing us all your bargains. I was really excited to see what was in the bag. Your enthusiasm is infectious and your cheery smile makes my day x much love x
Rosie you could be my (younger ) thrifting sister. I went to local charity shops bought sets of bath bombs, hand creams, bubbles and soap and got whicker baskets and made up little pamper sets. I got a (brand new with tags) next dress that was originally £48 and I paid £10 in a charity shop. I am finding charity are getting so expensive. I went in one last week who were trying to sell a asda (george) tshirt for more than it was originally in asda. I crochet and find expensive balls of yarn that are usually £5+ a ball but I pay 50p - £1 a ball. Keep on with the bargain hunting. (My son works for home bargains so when you post hauls I ask him to look out for bits for me. Merry Christmas to all the family.
Thank you Rosie some really lovely ideas . I’m doing a lot of thrifting gifts myself this year. You can find so many amazing things in charity shops and second hand markets etc . The photo idea is really nice and good for gifts when it’s hard to find something for someone 🎄😊.
Hey gorgeous you've done it again lol just heard my phone go and there you are 🥰 Gonna have to have a sit down and enjoy your video.Hope your having a lovely weekend darling xxx
Great finds Rosie! I tend to forget that charity shops sometimes have brand new sets and things, I really must have a look the next time I’m near one. You have some beautiful gifts that have meaning and thought behind them which you know are going to be loved. Well done girl! … and … wow on getting the exact pjs you were looking for for Millie, those were put there just for you, I’m sure of it! Keep up the good work! Xx
Love your channel. Unfortunately several charity shops in the South Wales Valleys often sell items worth anything on e bay so anything really nice has gone before we get a look in! Admittedly the money goes to the charity but it's no help to those of us who would like to grab a bargain😒
After watching this video I went to my charity shops I got a vintage burrberry denim shirt reduced to 3 pounds and managed to find some oliver bonas aswell x
This video is really nice of you Rosie so could you please give a list of some of the better charity shops because my daughter used to live in Essex and she was always saying how wonderful and cheap the charity shops were and she could get things for 50p or a pound but here in the Southeast everything is so expensive in all of the charity shops and some of them really do whip you off so if you could give maybe some names of particular charity shops that seem to be better than others then maybe I can go hunting in the south-east x
I love everything you've got and I'm amazed at what you've found. My only query is do the people you are giving them to really want them or will they just get returned to another charity shop after Christmas?
Hi Rosie, would you mind slowing down a bit please? We keep rewinding to understand what you're saying. You've started speaking really fast.We can't keep up and we love your vlogs.💖
