No, society is too sensitive. The fans have the right to boo. I didn’t watch the event, but all the clips suggest that she was crying because of the boos. We really don’t know if she was crying because she was so proud or the crowd.
@@x80five50 You're allowed to say that in case the man is still alive and can answer back. They don't have the right to basically insult his wife, hell no. And even in that case, that would mean they are ungrateful for the championships so they deserve to stay ringless. The point you're making is a losing one, by a landslide.
@@vedounamanicadimasochisti people don’t have a right to voice their opinion? You’re brainwashed. Your voice is the only right you have in life. The fact that you think that’s a losing argument tells me you’re an NPC. I know it maybe confusing to you, but me agree that it’s their right to boo doesn’t mean I condone it. As I said society is way too sensitive. They booed her because they cared, so your point is mute about them being in grateful. Also, is it confirmed that she was crying because of the fans?
He cost us more championships because of his stupid ego to break the team up and we never gave Michael jordan the farewell he deserves. Jerry deserves to get boo
I wasn’t there but as a proud Chicagoan I would like to offer up an apology to Mrs. Krause and say that that crowd doesn’t speak for all of the people of Chicago and that we are grateful for what her husband did for our fine City 💪🏾❤️
You clowns gtfoh you have the right to give your apology like they had the right to boo who the hell y'all think y'all is telling somebody how they should feel about somebody you clowns are hypocrites
So youre saying that just because someone gets blessed to be able to live on this Earth for a very long time, they gain the perk of never having any negative opinion made about them or those they like? Old people are luckier than most.
@@FlexYourFreedomsbraindead take. Opinions on jerry krause doesnt matter. You can hate you can love him but they honored his legacy and booing him infront of his wife is nothing but a shameless act.
@@FlexYourFreedoms That is the most ridiculous statement I’ve ever heard in my life. It’s called having respect for your elders. His wife had nothing to do with the decisions made in the organization. It’s pretty obvious that you weren’t raised right or raised at all. Grow up you heartless prick
@@greatcommenter5061 How you going to say "braindead take" and like your own comment afterwards? How is that a braindead take? Is it not 100% the truth? It is, and it's just something for whatever reason you won't admit is the truth.
Chuck is 100% on point. So disgraceful…as a human being those people do a disservice to our species. It’s both heartbreaking to watch that poor lady cry and angering at the same time.
Because chicago is a piece of shit in some type of ways Who's the live people don't take? Their sports. Teams serious Just because of how much disrespect they do especially when it's the dead as well I mean I'm from Philadelphia. We disrespect people all the time but at the same time we don't disrespect the Dead like they do. Because every time if they go to a championship I feel like the game is going to be rigged. And make them lose on a purpose just for moments like this.
As someone from Chicago and a bulls fan just utter disgust. I never was a fan of Jerry Krause but he was damn good at his job and created a dynasty. For those people to boo his widow like that was just flat out horrible.
chicago bsseball fans lost me when they blamed a fan for losing a playoff game and ran him out of town. this is another example of their lack of class.
As much as Jerry was disliked, he was 100% involved with one of the most successful dynasty’s of all time. He played a hand in everything and deserves respect.
@@johnclayton4166blame the city scum traditional mj is Chicago scum pippen sad to c he didn’t show I give him more leeway but still responsible n rodman well come on that’s a bet in vegas!!! Mj the scum bucket no excuse!
Charles Barkley was once interviewed when he was playing, and he said "That's why I hate white people", in response to something the interviewer asked, but the years have changed him. He now knows that people are people, and just hurting people is wrong, regardless of color or anything else. The goddamn Democrats, many of them white, have made it ok. Fuck that.
Charles isn't colorblind. He treats all people fairly and recognizes their uniqueness. Colorblind is a deficiency that white people somehow think is a noble trait. It's not. Color is something to be celebrated!!! 🎉🎉🎉❤ Maybe you mean he's NOT afrocentric. That's much more accurate. And to that I wholeheartedly agree. 😊
Charles Barkley, you have changed so much from your playing days! Empathy is so important! While I love your ability to change, please don't ever change from here on in. Seeing that lady cry hurt my heart, too, Mr. Charles.
They didn't boo Santa Claus.. THEY THREW SHIT AT HIM..What Bulls fans did was terrible. Eagles fans are thugs and criminals. Old veteran stadium and the Linc( for the first few years) had a jail cell, prosecutor and Judge to process those POS. Don't believe me look it up
Chuck is the man and he’s damn right. Booing a dead man who brought your city championships is disgraceful and making his wife cry makes it even more apparent. Despicable
It's ironic because he was basically saying athletes shouldn't be your role models. It should be the people in your lives that teach you the right things and that's exactly what a good role model should say.
Regardless of the personal feud between Jerry Krause and Michael Jordan, that had nothing to do with his wife. The Chicago fans truly showed a their true characters with that disrespect. That was just pathetic.
Not saying they were right but they weren't booing her they were booing Krause. Just because the man's dead doesn't mean you have to start liking him. Charles talking about legacy but he willingly destroyed that legacy because of his ego. You talk about tue people not showing up.....if i don't like or respect someone in life then why would i go to their funeral or anything else to pretend i liked or respected the person. The bulls organization knew this would happen. They shouldn't have set it up like that.

Tbh I never had a reason to not like the bulls but now I wish nothing but rebuilds from here on out. I hope Alonzo has played his last game there and Lavine gets traded for next to nothing. Without Jordan that organization would have already been moved lmao
He's not. He's grandstanding. Why do people think when someone dies that we are supposed to forget how they lived their lives. And unfortunately if you do wrong to people in life and your family is standing as a representative of you, they will suffer for your sins. The Organization knew the city hated that man. They were wrong for subjecting his wife to vitriol they knew existed for her husband.

That’s what happens as a Society when you take discipline and teaching of respect out of parenting and schools! Far too many rights and freedoms today!!!
Those individuals that displayed such lack of respect , just remember what goes around comes around.God will humble you, be prepared however you probably wont be put on public display like you did to Mrs. Krause. Her husband helped put all the pieces together to allow you to experience a championship team. The team of the 90s. Its been 30 yrs since 1st championship and probably 30 years when they won their last title. Charles thank you for expressing your true feelings.
No he’s not. JK was a snake. Just cause someone is deceased u don’t have to lie for appearance sake. Keep ur mouth closed, keep your thoughts to yourself & allow the individual life receive their flowers will you maintain ur dignity & show class to the deceased. A person’s death doesn’t heal wounds. A child molested by her grandfather would never be at his funeral praising the abuse. Likely may not come
Sad man. People are so in their own feelings about things they weren't there for. To treat someone you don't know that way is uncalled for and disrespectful. Thank you America.
Jerry Krause helped bring 6 championships to Chicago. Made the most of MJ’s there. As a Melo fan I can attest that he’s great and should have been recognized.
Ownership did the dishonor not thinking it out. A player is booed when he doesn't play well in front of the world. Krause made mistakes and the fan's didn't forget.
It breaks my heart to see elderly people treated with disrespect, let alone from fans of sports. I'm sorry Mrs Krause experienced such a horrible reception and had no choice but to sit there and take it, but that takes a lot of dignity and a great deal of strength, so I'd say she was a true example of what being a real team player/display of sportsmanship one could hope for. "Unsportsmanlike conduct" should also apply to fans, too, as they're supposedly "inspired" by these role model players
Damn, as a Knicks fan who despises James Dolan I would never do this if it was the Knicks honoring Dolan after he passes away. That is downright disrespectful. At least Krause played a part in building a team around MJ for getting those 6 chips.
@@jayagainsthumanityNow you're blaming Philly fans for something they never did?? Lol, ok. Chicago fans should be ashamed. Meanwhile, a Miami Dolphins fan shot a Buffalo fan to death outside Hard Rock Stadium. Enough with the slander about Philly fans. It's a lazy, tired narrative.
I'm glad I didn't see that. I would have been pissed. Krause did a great job and helped put together one of the best teams to ever play the game of basketball
Jerry Krause didn’t do sht except cause problems, look how Chicago was after the big 3 left, also made Scotty sign a long contract with no money not knowing what he was getting into
