As also a pilot I made a pilgramige to his burial site in Hawaii on the island of Maui. He changed aviation but more importantly he recognized problems for our country. He told his Dr after being told he had a short time to live that he chose to back to his heaven to prepare for God's heaven. Hawaii was heaven to him. The small community of Hana was where he took his final breathe here on earth.

Charles Lindbergh was a national hero and definitely could have been elected president if he had chosen to run for the office. Since he was born February 4, 1902 he would have been old enough to serve in 1937 so he could have run in the 1936 election. He would have kept the United States out of World War II and prevented the expansive growth of the military.
The military industrial complex and their financiers the Wall Street Banks are far too powerful and influential to stop the US from exterting it's military influence around the world. He would have been told to follow orders or else pay the price. If he persisted in following a more passive and peaceful stance he would have been assassinated! Period! in truth Lindbergh was not a well educated man. He was the type who studies what interested him. He was a great pilot. Not such a great person. Like most of his time he held deeply racist views. I’m divided on this divided point of view. On one hand it’s about USA. On the other it’s about HUMANITY. Like, at some point, did America not reach that point if having achieved all there is to achieve? Then go out to save our brothers and sisters of foreign decent but like minds and spirit? In other words, to spread our way of life globally after being the most successful? I mean China is barely fending off US and Western influence into its citizens everyday lives. Is it not possible that even Lindbergh missed that “we’re all more alike than different”?
