100% I am an older white man too and I held a lot r*cist views before I heard this man speak. He converted me, dead serious. I had no hope in the black community anymore. CW made me realize I was just dumb and ignorant about how deep the psychological scar was within the bl*ck community and I feel ashamed. I now have renewed hope and respect, and I wish him all the best in his efforts to inspire and educate young black men nationwide. While his approach may sometimes seem clownish, it's effective in conveying his message and if you have a sense of humor you sift thru his character and take out the important parts.

Never worked 5pm-5am-RESPECT.I have worked 3:30 am-8:30 pm shift in Korea as a cook in the army,did it for a year.We didn't have enough personnel to run two shifts like we do in the states,plus,we worked 2 weekends each month. Out of all the hours we worked we got a 30 minute break after the lunch meal,then it was balls to the wall work and no more rest periods.This went on for a year,I was glad to leave Korea and go back to the states. LOL.
