@@DamageControlAlma When you deal with the EEOC you should have just dealt with them without a lawyer. The would’ve settled out fast, I learned from my first case. My first case in 2015 I would’ve gotten back 73,000 but I got a lawyer and it took longer about 7-8 months and I got 42,000 because of all the lawyer and court fees. But it’ll be a next time

You don't need a lawyer. You go to eeoc.gov and file a claim! Eeoc will represent you or you can represent yourself but more than likely eeoc will charge the case for you

They bypass the drugs that come in, and people not wearing steel toe boots. All they're told to search for is the person's phone. @chains5255 OSHA visited my workplace yesterday, but only because someone was critically injured and had to be airlifted to the right hospital. Nobody was worried about that particular issue until someone almost died. There was another, less severe, incident that occurred 2 weeks ago. Then, a very severe case a few months ago. I'll check EEOC. They don't like to inform us "workers" about anything.

Worked for the BOE. They forced me to resign saying I was on probation. In their contracts, it says you have to clock into work 186 days during your probationary period. I worked 215 days. I worked in the summer and they tried to say that didn’t count. A custodian called my boss after an argument and he said there was no argument when I filed my suit with the EEOC… long story short,, I had video proof and now i got mandatory mediation in 3 weeks 💯💯💯
From my experience you can make A LOT of money at tax offices. I worked for a certain famous tax company franchise for a season. Lets call it b and s square. during peak work season ive seen employees backed into a wall and being screamed at while the employee is crying and hyperventilating.

He just told u, report it o the EEOC. They will investigate and most times send it to mediation for settlement and if the case is strong enough and within their budget will represent you. If not they will give you a right to sue letter.
@@bossqueen100 In my opinion, it’s never too late. A few years ago, I filed an EEOC complaint on my own against a different employer and later retained a lawyer. Ideally, I would say to find one who will work on a contingency basis over paying out of pocket.
