Man this is so good! This guy is like the Michael Bublé of country. Any song he does is class, and he makes it his own. Also seems so happy to be playing it. A big inspiration. Listening to this for the 5th time today haha thanks a lot!
That's just what I though when I listened to Charley Crockett and his band Blue Drifters for the first time. What an unique and elegance style! I had the pleasure of enjoy them in concert some weeks ago in Zaragoza, Spain. It was great!! I have listened this song every day since that day. It moves me to tears! Awesome Charley!!
Charley Crockett. What an interesting man. He could easily be cast, "as is" in a western movie of some kind. His singing is raw and unfiltered. Great sound. Love the use of accordion in his music.
That squeeze box got me to this video. Of course Charley Crockett’s voice is pure Americana. He is Woodie Guthrie, Bob Dylan,Willie Nelson, Tom T Hall, and a dozen more artists rolled into one.
These guys are fantastic, saw them at the Grey Eagle in Ashville N.C. probably my favorite show all summer. All the guys are top notch, classy, friendly and love their fans. Cant wait to see them again soon!
Mediocre at best. And I couldn't stop staring at the over the top excessive arm swinging while strumming. This was the worst cover of the greatest song.
