Also Chaos from Skylanders who was also hood but for some reason nobody knows about and it’s sad because they’re fun games with actually a pretty in depth combat system for kids games
I find it sad that more effort was put into a remaster of an AA game than what we got with the GTA trilogy which is arguably one of the greatest franchises of all time.
Honestly if DAH 2 gotten the same level of a remaster as the GTA trilogy, I would've been so devastated. This was my favorite childhood game, so the fact that it's great, gives me some hope for gaming.
I grew up on GTA all the way from Play station 1 and can say it's definitely not the greatest franchise ever lol it's an Amazing franchise but not the greatest. Also this game here is badass I remember the first one I played for hour's even when GTA 3 was out. Much more entertaining. Just saying.

Miss the days when you could go into a game shop and buy a game without any prior knowledge of it. I bought DAH purely for the front cover art and it ended up being one of my favourite games. Same with Mafia for the PC.
Its a cryin shame this series has been dormant for so long. I am glad to see they still hold up and can't wait to see if they remake Path of the Furon or even a brand new entry which would be SICK
I think a brand new entry would be cool, taking place after this and replacing path of the furon, because I heard that path of the furon pales in comparison to the first 2
@@calmsquirrel7124 I would love to see at least a remake of POF as well before we get a brand new entry. Most people brushed off POF because it was one of the last games rushed out by Pandemic and it showed HARD. I played it through and the story and weapons were great! The bugs and weird textures, glitches, not so much. I am sure if given the same treatment these two received it will do just as well and give people a chance to play it.

Realistically, my only gripe with the remake's is that when you toss a car at a group of enemies. The car connects with one body and explodes. Weird as fuck, didn't work like that on Playstation 2. You could plow over like 10 people with that shit
The physics were much weightier, and so was the car throwing, for sure. Everything was slightly longer animations and a limited telekinesis energy bar.
I just remember seeing a post about games with the worst sequels or games that ruined the series and I instantly remembered Destroy All Humans 3. Both of the first two games were great and if I remember correctly when they remastered this game the old game files were somehow lost and I think they had to redo at least a large portion of the game from scratch. It's always a shame when publishers purposefully turn a successful series into a cash grab and outright stop any chance of it continuing.
Yeah PoF was rushed out of production for THQs pockets and it hurt them in the long run. It was the beginning of several bad choices that led to thier bankruptcy. I honestly think publishers have too much power in the development of games anymore. I rather enjoyed it so if they remaster it they might make it the best entry in reality. I wish they creat a brand new entry after these.
Shame he didn’t look in the sky when using the meteor strike cause it looks amazing. I don’t think it’s ranged either cause I’ve used it across the entire bay city map and watched from miles away
Charlie was close to why the end of season 3 of The Boys hit everyone wrong. The reason is because it basically reset everything to exactly where it was at the start of the season, except Ryan is with Homelander now.
God I played this as a kid and understood Absolutely nothing “come by my tent later and I’ll do you” I played this when I was 7. That Soviet Olympic team joke was wayyyyyyyy to ahead of its time, I mean we all knew but they only got caught a few years ago
They should’ve kept the bone crackling and the super strong dislocator and the rag doll physics of the humans and animals and realistic brain collecting

Personally if I was you I wouldn’t worry to much, the game is taking a new direction a more goofy and cartoony vibe, as a avid fan I can tell you, the game is sure fun, it’s very acarde and so it’s pretty easy to learn and it makes it wayyy easier . In the older games made you get good and the missions and the enemies were super tough, but hey if you a fan of old the original games you’ll notice what I’m talking about, like a lot of the mechanics of the weapons changed like the zap o matic was always my favorite and the anal probe of the first game. Listen if you want to experience the the magic of the originals get the remastered ps2 title of the ps4 or Xbox version if you got xbow and get both games the value should be less of 20 bucks to play the first two games I recommend it….
Ive never played this but I recognize that voice actor… fuckin love invader zim. It also gives off a certain ratchet and clank vibe in a way. It looks fun, its chaotic, goofy, and i see myself playing this for a long time if i get my hands on it. Amazing game!
I have beaten this game at least 25 times in my life It is the best game I have ever played and my personal favorite It is pure fun and at the end of the day that’s what gaming is about
Love this game, but watching Charlie play it is painful, he doesn't read any of the instructions or pay attention to how some things are a hold of the button, a tap, or repeated taps its the most basic of motor functions. I've been having a blast with it for the past week and it's been super good 👌.
Thought I was the only one. I love my Charlie but the way he jetpacks and does not even use the S.K.A.T.E sprint is rather hard to stomach for my back seat gaming brain lol.
I understand we had GTA 3, vice City, San Andreas, 4 & 5 also red dead series but this game was just on another level at the time. I absolutely loved this game as a kid. More entertaining than gta at the time in my opinion. Edit: PS2 was Also the best back then. Don't argue lol
