@@ThePatricknoth Alan only worked in scenes where it was him and Charlie or him and Jake, Alan on his own got old after a bit. They sort of made him better with Lindsey later on, but Charlie was always the funny one
Morgan _lsr. I'm not sure how you didn't get that but he's saying that when Sheen left after season 8 the quality declined so fervently that he likes to pretend the Kutcher part of Two and a Half Men never occurred
They could have never replaced charlie but maybe if they brought in this character sooner and she inherited the house instead of waldon it might have been better
charlie sheen said he would love to go back to two and a half men on a talk show, and they guy said but your dead in the show and then he joked well the show is dead haha,, they really should fetch him back x
I've never been a fan of Kutcher's work, but I always felt bad for him in this show. He was in a no-win situation. If this had been a a stand-alone show, instead of trying to carry on after Sheen left, this version of the show would've been looked at differently, and probably more accepted by viewers. I really think he did as well as he could (along with everyone else) under the circumstances. Especially when you consider some of the utter crap that's on television and other content providers right now.
Well a no win for the fans, but for kutcher welll a mill an episode, i wouldnt calk that anything but a win. He did nothing, and almost a 100 million fell into his lap. If that isnt a win i dont knkw what is 😂😂😂. But i get what u mean
He was a smart/dumb replacement for Jake. Amber was Charlie's replacement. She was set to be a regular. I thought she was hilarious. But my guess is that was just too much for the target audience.
When I first watched it I thought they recast Charlie with Aston that's why I didn't watch it then I realised he got killed off it was worse but kinda watchable
Dash Porter Actually maybe have the funeral episode to tie things up and if they decided to hire back Charlie have a good plot with Charlie hired back in. For example Charlie wasn't really killed those ashes are from another person and Rose kept Charlie locked up could be one story they could have used but that story would need some more details to make it work.
Why can't they just make an episode where it's revealed that Charlie faked his death, so they can get rid of Asston Kutcher and bring Charlie Sheen back?
Aydin Biber He's also boring and a terrible actor. There, more than enough reasons to bring Charlie back. Not to mention the entire show has gotten really, REALLY awkward since he left.
Omnicidal Clown Pretty much. They also introduced some lesbian chick that is supposed to be Charlie's d...oh, right, the video's already there. It's disgusting. No, not the fact that she's a lesbian, the fact that the writers seem to think all women are bisexual (since she hook ups...hooks up? Uh, whatever, with every single woman she sees. It's supposed to be a running gag...hahaha, that's hilarious).
the problem is: Charlie's and Alan's Dynamic really worked, because they were quite contrary and they balanced each other off. Ashton Kutcher's character was much too similar to Alan's, except for the looks and the money: otherwise he was pretty whiney too and he sucked at relationships like Alan. The writers did anything to copy some of the stuff of Charlie for him, like relationships with Rose and Courtney, his growing annoyance with Alan, and they brought enough references to Charlie as well, like his made-up daughter, the jingles, Alan's breakdown where he mimiced Charlie and more. But the show wasn't written for Ashton Kutcher: they should have ended it after Season 8.
wow... Season 11 was.... 5 years ago... omg.. I remember watching this soo long ago.. Makes me feel old. The show remains timeless (I watched mostly when Charlie was around and jake not a teen lol)
the show was perfect with Charlie sheen because he really lived like that in real life. it was like his real life on TV. just sucks that it got the best of him. without Charlie the show is nothing.
Who's to say that charlie was ACUTALLY hit by the train. What if rose somehow kept him hostage in France as a punishment for cheating on her. The body was never actually identified as it was dismembered by the train. So it may not be Charlie Harper in the urn but a replacement that was obtained by Rose. That would be the only explanation as to logically bring back Charlie Sheen and I really hope the directors go with that.
Just asking: Are you going to sue the company for using yiur idea without your permission? And if so, might as well slip a couple of $millions on to my bank account for giving you the idea of suing them...
This is one of the funniest episode post Charlie Sheen, mainly because it included jokes related to his character, even after he left.. Show could Look better only if you mention him!
This show sucks now, and writers, producers etc. realized that, they know Charlie was the one who make it interesting and funny, that's why they tried to "bring him back" but it's not the same, the show had 18+ themes but funny and kinda innocent, but now it's disgusting
18+ themes? It's always been a show for edgy 12 year olds. At least with Ashton Kutcher the main character isn't a painful to watch asshole going through midlife crisis.
The Ashton Kutcher character should've been Charlie's teen SON from the get go. (not played by Ashton Kutcher) And no lesbien daughter! Stupid as hell.
I like your idea but it would be funny if they had walden be a long lost son of Charlie so that at lest the storyline that could have be taken a while to explain
ShaunsBlogs I don't see why Charlie had to have a son, the show would need to find a younger version of Charlie, which would be really hard to do. A crazy lesbian with a drinking problem, now that's from Charlie's seed ! lol
ShaunsBlogs go fuck yourself ***** definetly go fuck yourself Its a fucking tv show morons and why the hell would they give Charlie an son, how would that been fun to watch an straight boy being just like charlie, when they instead gave a lesbian girl wich is like 10 times more funny. P.S. go to hell both of you and become gay one day.
plot for season 12 of 2.5 men... Walden wants to move out of the Malibu beach house and live with old lover Zoëy after finding out he cant have children but remembering the family connection between himself, Zoëy and her daughter. During this time of Walden getting his head back into gear with everything. Alan is getting fed up putting up with Charlie's daughter who finally breaks down and admits that she longed always for a relationship with her father and loved to hear about him. Then Alan is informed by rose (who has news on almost anything) that Lindsay's husband cheated on her and was shot to death. Jake is then discharged from the army after being injured and returns to Malibu and is put into hospital. To everyone's surprise Charlie is alive and returns because he was worried when rose told him the news about Jake,. Rose invites Alan to go with her on a drive to clear his head. Rose takes Alan to Charlie tied up and the two reveal that Charlie's death was hoaxed due to a deep debt he owed to a woman and could have lost everything he owned including his life. There you go , several plotlines which intertwine and could all contain the right mount of comedy and reality that we have come to love from 2.5 men. Charlie and rose have to deal with trying to avoid prison and work out numerous plans and court cases . Alan has to worry about Jake whilst trying to get Lindsay back in his life. Jenny wants to confront her father and rethink her life. Walden wants to settle down with a normal family and live a normal billionaire free repetitive depressing life. and in the end Charlie is cleared of all charges against him, falls in love with rose. Walden gets Zoey back and is that care free he decides to live with her in London and decides to leave Alan the house along with a handsome amount of money for all he had ever done for him and helped him with. Alan turns it down and finally decides to get back on his feet and do things for himself and lives life with Lindsay and Jake in a house they buy together (the old house that Charlie's neighbour used to live in ,as tribute to Michael Clarke Duncan) and starts to cherish everything he has after jakes close call . Charlie gets his house back , has learnt his lesson after dealing with the court, lawsuits etc. and settles down in his Malibu home with his new wife Rose and his newly found daughter Jenny. *this is why I should work in Hollywood :P *
its an awesome plot. And trust me, if I were a producer at CBS I would definitely take this idea for an ending. But sadly, since I am not, this is the REAL plot for season 12 (it is confirmed 100%) . "After a near death experience Walden starts re-evaluating his entire life and women, thus he comes to the conclusion that he's better of being gay, so he asks Alan to marry him, and so the series end with Alan and Walden having a gay marriage"!
So Very Miss Charlie💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝 Would have been very easy Let Go Walton Jake needed to be gone too. So I could have become part of the cast unfortunately Berta passed and that character along with Charley truly Was the show.
