@Lydia Renea ahh i used to spend a lot of time in white river junction, vt! so close to lebanon. yeah, new england is so expensive...even in the more rural areas! it's crazy!
@@GessyB not at all! we pay $1,650 for a 2 bedroom in the seacoast area of NH. i'd say this is pretty average, maybe a little below average for a 2 bedroom in this area!
It is so interesting to see the different price ranges in different states ! I’m from NY and I’m jealous of how cheap it is but like you said everything is subjective. Definitely would like to see more videos like this!
gurrl i moved from Ny to Charlotte and its honest the nest move i made! i like i the uptown area because it reminds me of home but if you looking to move out of ny charlotte is def it!!!
Me in LA: Happily *paying $1,400* for a studio that's *rent controlled* 💃 Charlotte: *Only $1,600 / $1300 after discount* for a 1 bedroom with a *PRIVATE PODCAST STUDIO* 😱😱😱
I am moving back to the Seattle area and just signed a lease for one bedroom for $1,7k. And it is VERY far from a being luxury apartment and is on the cheaper area
I live in Germany and it's quite crazy how we literally only get an apartment here. No gym. No lounging area. You guys in the US are just so much more service-oriented 😁
This video was super informative. Can you show houses for rent and for sale in or near trendy areas? I'd be interested in that. Thank you and love your content.
Crazy how much more expensive these apartment are now compared to when this was published. I would be absolutely ecstatic to find a nice 2 bedroom for less than $2.2k in South End or Uptown now lol
Not sure why the algorithm recommended this video to me but I'm glad it did. Charlotte has such nice places to offer. I'm currently selling my house in east Charlotte and moving further out of Charlotte into a bigger house, but I remember back when I was 22 in 2017, I rented out a pretty spacious 900+ sq ft apartment for $650
Maybe you could even fly to different cities (after covid of course) and do this same thing for different cities. You could put your flight as a tax write off since it’s for work 🤣. But seriously I would love hearing you do more real estate videos like this! This was so fun!! And helpful 😊
so helpful I’ve been planning out my future real estate plan which might be kinda weird since I’m 20 😂 and I’ve never been more interested in these types of videos
I was hoping you would make a video like this 😍 I’m moving to CLT after I graduate, but coming from the Midwest these 1 bedroom apartments in South End still seem so expensive!! I’ve been doing my South End research and finding ones i LOVE but all seem to have horrible reviews bc it’s a “party” area. I’d love to hear your experience living in South End!! Thanks for the video :)
Are you able tell us the name of these apartments? Good video. The cost of living in Charlotte is increasing,a couple years back the prices were nowhere close to this
I find these videos very interesting even though i dont even live in the US but i love seeing the differences of pricing and everything compared to berlin (germany) where i am from. For example we really really rarely have appartment buildings with pools, gyms or co working spaces and stuff like that...even looking at more expensive ones i dont see them having amenities like that. I would love to see appartments at a lower price point :)
I'm going down to Charlotte next month to look for an apartment! I am mainly looking in South End. Would you mind sharing the names of the complexes you looked at in South End? I'd love to add them to my list!
Wow just got back from CLT! I feel in love and want to move there now! I recognized so many places in your vid! I just posted a travel vlog from there too! Looks like you had so much fun girly!
the Ashton Southend Apartments are really nice as well. I was there visiting my sister's friend and it had a very nice lobby and safe security while also being close to all of the bars in South End.
I'm currently living about 45 minutes away from Charlotte ( moving back to Texas for work) If you dont mind the commute (25 minutes) Concord has some nice apartments too. I hate apartment hunting in Texas..they tack on unnecessary things to charge more money..absolute nightmare
would you mind sharing the link to the 3rd apartment? we're looking to move back to NC this winter and that looked like an apartment we'd love and can afford
I really enjoyed this! I moved to Charlotte in August and I am looking for another area to move to. Ive looked at areas such as south park and uptown. I had no idea about the Dilworth area, I will have to check that out. Can you name all the apartments that you showcased in this Video? Also have your heard about, Lavie Southpark, Whitehall Parc? If so what do you think of them?
Hi Natalie, what was the name of the apartment you lived in when you lived in South end of Charlotte? I loved the pics of the dark hardwood floors and I’m planning to move to Charlotte in a few months. Thanks!
Hey girl! I currently live in Charlotte Dilworth area and am looking at apartment tours for when I move soon. Is there any way you could tell me the apartment complex name of the OLD apartment you lived in? You mentioned in in apartment 2: dilworth. I LOVE the windows. Thank you!
OMIGOUSH IVE SEEN YOU DOWNTOWN BEFORE AT A RESTRUNT AND YOU WERE WEARING A BLAKC TIGHT DRESS WITH BLACK SEE TNROUGH HEELS AND I WAS WEARING A 90 STYILE DRESS OMY
Thanks for this! Im considering moving I definitely would like more videos... i would love to see rented houses / town houses that is closer to the city center plesse
I wish you could go to Florida and film luxury apartments with prices there for me 😭 I want to move there next year but am from Canada and have no idea how to find whats right for me!
Woahhhh I had no idea south end was more lively than uptown. I’m trying to go where all of the young ppl are LOLOL so I’ll definitely look into south end. 🙏🏿
Thanks so much for this video! It definitely was helpful! Where do you think is best to open a spa in Charlotte? Or even just renting a suite for a spa. I'm planning on moving down from new york, but I'm not sure where the busy areas are for the beauty industry. What neighborhoods are most busy hair salons and beauty spas located?
It would have been nice if you could have dropped the apt names tbh bc how are people meant to find these otherwise- there's a million apt buildings in each of these areas
What area of charlotte remind you of Manhattan Greenwich village or the Lower east side or upper east side is the south end or university city noda Plaza midwood
wait can I just say that your hair literally looks so good!! in one of ur next videos can u pls do a 360? i want to get my hair dyed the same way haha - honeypot films
