More Witchy recommendations, The Magicians. It's like Harry Potter and Narnia but for adults. My absolute favorite show honestly. The Muses are a great addition. I love that Charmed delves into more than just like Demons, werewolves, vampires. Paige's backstory and her parents, its so sweet but such a tear jerker.
One thing I have loved about Charmed through the 26 years I've been a fan is how they have shown the sisters experience love and especially loss. As a young teenager and now even as an adult... it has been a constant source of comfort and I feel like it does have really great teachable moments. I love Paige from the Past because it shows us how much Paige endured on her own, without any family.. and how this new discovery of her sisters must have made her felt so safe after being alone for so long. I also really loved the continuity of how they showed Paige drinking as a teen knowing that in 4x01 she hinted at being a recovering alcoholic.
one has to love how charmed handled the death of prue and slow introduction of paige. still on epi 10 we are learning about her, is not like she magically became prue 2.0, as many shows do. they really let us mourn prue and know paige.
The first half of season 4 has SO MANY heartwrenching moments and episodes. Prue's death really had a major impact on the feel of the season; particularly its earlier episodes.
A Paige From the Past always makes me so emotional. It's one of my favorite episodes this season. Poor Paige. 😭❤ Being adopted myself + having the same birtdate as Paige (2nd of August. Not the same year), I feel closer to Paige in a way and relate to her a lot. Rose is amazing in this episode.❤️🔥
I look forward to you both reviewing charmed, angel, and Buffy, every day. You guys are an ICONIC couple in my eyes and thank you for your genuine reactions and commentary. You make each day brighter❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is a show where I think the actors really get to shine. Even when the script leaves something to be desired, you can tell the actors are why we love the show. They really put so much into making this show.
Paige from the past is easily one of my all time favorite episodes of this show and idk if that’s an unpopular opinion to have in this fandom or not honestly but I ALWASY thought the emotional core of that episode was so well written, they made Paige look like a LEGIT teen to me and her scenes with her parents ESPECIALLY the one at the end always gets me in my feels 😭🙌
Hello boys, want more “witchy” recommendations, here are 3: 1) “Mayfair Witches” from Anne Rice, 2) “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” and 3) “The Magicians”. Please consider at least 1 if not all😉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🌈😎
When it comes to shows, Charmed is my staple. This witchy show changed my life, this episode included. Everything and everyone involved in Charmed helped me realize what I believe in and who I should become: a better me, someone who is not afraid to speak my mind and still be myself. To be true to myself and still be a party animal, as I am more introvert than extrovert. (I am ambivert, but lean more to introvert at times.) Charmed changed so many people’s lives; it’s almost unbelievable. 😊
i grew up watching charmed, paige was my favourite and now i have a red and black striped t-shirt and a kaki green trench coat... I know who i'll be for halloween
Recommendation: once upon a time and Grimm (not really witchy witchy, but awesome!). You both will love it! Always loved charmed, my favorite show ever. Never saw buffy, now I’m at season 3. 😊 Much love from the Netherlands. 💕🍂
Not even a little witchy… But would truly love for you to do reactions to Firefly. It’s only 14 episodes, but they’re the best 14 episodes of TV ever made.
Happy "Charmed" Saturday evening with Cody and Sergio! 😊 Two of my favorite episodes for this evening. Episode 4x09: The Charmed Ones help a Muse. Cole tries to adjust to being human. That ending montage is one of my favorite parts of the episode. Episode 4x10: While Leo takes Paige on a journey to her past, two souls possess Phoebe and Cole. Always love the Piper and Daryl team up in this episode. And Cole and Phoebe get engaged. Already looking forward to the episode reactions for next week. 😊
Cole is struggling being fully human. Love seeing muse interpretations in tv. Demon faction power struggle is crazy but inevitable. Paige’s outfit 🙌🏼 Not the warlock using a Leo glamour. All the rhyming 😂 Piper being relationship mediator for Cole & Phoebe is so cute 💚 Absolutely love Cole & Leo team ups! Power of three spell! 🖤 The 1940s party was such a vibe. Paige summoning the energy ball & throwing it back was awesome! 🙌🏼 The club vanquishing scene tho 🔥 Really liked Melody’s character. What a sweet ending! I need more Cole & Darryl scenes. Love their dynamic. Piper “how’s my car?” 😂 Piper & Cole saving the lady from the accident 💚 Poor Paige 💔 Darryl was at a 10 this episode having absolutely NONE of Cole! 😂 Leo trash talking ghost Clyde was hilarious 💀 Paige revisiting her past with Leo for closure 💚 OMG of course Paige was a Tiffany Valentine stan 🙌🏼 Adore her room & her style! Phoebe & Cole possessed by Bonnie & Clyde- like ghosts. That jewelry store scene. “Do you people have any normal weddings in your family?” Darryl please 😂 Paige’s past absolutely broke my heart 😭 Leo comforting Paige 💚 The ghosts getting married at gunpoint tho! Love when Piper gets angry & means business! Phoebe said yes to Cole’s proposal! OMG that ending wrecked me emotionally 😭 I really like when we get episodes that develop each character. Paige is definitely on the way to becoming my fav sister. Loving these reactions! Thanks for sticking with the show. Loving hearing your thoughts on the show 🖤
Hello guys, i love watching your reaction of Buffy, Angel and Charmed i grew up watching these series. Spending Saturday afternoon watching them when i was just a little gay in elementary school jaja, always with my mother even when i was already a teenager we didn't miss an episode. My mother died a year and a half by now but i continue the small tradition of watching the episodes, in this case every saturday 2 episodes of each one along with you guys. Page of the past today became more significant, for obvious reasons, the curious thing is that about two years ago i had taken a test to find out which of the Halliwell sisters i was and surprise it turned out to be Page jaja coincidence?? 😅😅😅. In any case, i don't know if my recommendation counts since it's a slightly bloody and gory movie called The Wicked and it's about the typical evil witch in a forest hoy know how goes it fue cliche but is refreshinly scary, if you decide ti give it a try the movie poster is the witch with a very long hooded cloack. Keep up the good work guys 💜💜💜, greetings from Argentina.
You want witchy recommendations? Well, there's nothing better than The Craft (1996). I would say that Charmed was inspired by it, even if just through the Zeistgeist at the time if not directly. I don't know if you've ever seen it but it's a great watch AND it has Neve Campbell in the cast, Sidney Prescott herself.
I love rewatching this show with both of you!! But it makes me sad that the reactions are so shortened. The episodes are 40 minutes long and we only get about 11 minutes of each. Wish they could be a little bit longer ...💜
More witchy recommendations: Mayfair Witches. That’s it. That’s the list 😂 season 1 is out already with season 2 coming in January 2025. Worth a watch.
I would reccomend 💯 American Horror Story: Coven. Or Netflix show Half Bad (darker than expected). Charmed is my all time favorite witchy show and a huge nostalgia. I have seen it couple of times but for some reason I always remember the most traumatic/sad/emotional episodes the least and the silly ones the most. 🧙 Thank you for your videos, I enjoy them a lot!
28:30... personally i feel that the good is seen... I think if you get to the "good place" you can see the good your loved ones do... If not, you might be in a place of perpetual wonder 🤷♀️ But i also believe that going "up" is, while mainly what you do, partially what you inspired in others 🤷♀️ We all sin. But inspiring others to be their best is a reflection of the life we lived and the light we shone 🤷♀️ And this is from a "Believer"... I'm with accepting Jesus... But i believe the light we leave lasts longer than the words we speak. Everyone needs to find their own way to The Light, it can be influenced but not forced I spent decades being told why I should believe and thinking "that's a great story". But it wasn't until I found my own way that I got to the point of "I'm not turning back, and you can't shake my Faith" Everyone needs to get there on their own, or it's blind and not truly spiritual 🤷♀️
You guys ask for more witch recommendations so I have some to recommend to you. Witches of east end (2 seasons) and chiling adventures of sabrina (4 seasons, dark comic book original verison of sabrina the teenage witch by archie comics)
22:12 what do they care about "incognito".... 1st off, think Micky and Mallory (never cared)..… 2nd - not their identity that they are working with 🤷♀️
Don’t forget Angel, Agatha and the countless of horror movies and new movies we watch. Oh plus our horror video game livestreams! So yeah, definitely more!
