That kitchen is amazing. It should not be destroyed, but, preserved. Most people don't "entertain" please don't encourage people to destroy something like that beautiful kitchen
That exterior siding just needs a good scraping couple cedar shakes replaced and a good coat of red solid stain, that interior is fantastic, some people are looking for that.
You talk too much and it becomes evident that you don't know your product. The house is probably 1920's and may be a "kit home". Do some research so you can quit talking about destroying built-ins that are valuable selling points.
