This house looks like throw back from the 70’s style decorations.

That place is magnificent! I’m able to picture what it could be, and it could be gorgeous!! I’d take from the sitting room and bump out the master bath. That master is huge. I love it!

WOW, that piano is beautiful, I hope you can sell it instead of junking it!!

Definite possibility, I like everything that was left behind in the house also.

I don't like the feel of this place - outside or inside. So much mold everywhere! I think this qualifies for a tear down rather than a renovation.

It would be interesting to watch the flip.

The owners certainly wasted a lot of money on all of those eye candy and dust collector interior decorations and inground pool instead of paying down the mortgage. LOL🤣😂

With so many personal items left behind, it makes me wonder about the original owners. You were saying the home had been vacant for some time, and yet looks like the people left in a hurry, without concern for their clothes or knick- knacks, or even what looked like a trophy. Just seems weird.

Leaving this amount of stuff is not out of the ordinary. When you don't have the ability to move everything out only the important items tend to be removed.

What happens during a trash out? Does everything get thrown out? Do some things get sold? Clearly there's value in some of the items left in that house, in spite of the mould issues. As to your filming, I think you're doing just great!

Thanks for the feedback! Depends on the property. Sometimes they are cleaned out prior to sale, other times they are sold as is with everything inside.

With this guy everything is always a full on gut. I always think of the older homes, mid century on back that are so prized for what has been kept original. Imagine if this guy was around back then. He’s always looking at homes as an investor, as a flipper, as how fast can you turn it around. It puts me off.

Seems like that place was in dis repair much longer than it's been vacant if only they took care of the roof earlier on there might not have been any mold, it looks like parents may have moved or passed away and the kids took it over never did anything and let it deteriorate slowly, then financially covid was the nail in the coffin.

I'd get it as is so that I could salvage the things I want to keep then trash out the rest, put those things in storage and once its done bring it back cause there were a lot of things i saw that i liked especially the knick knack
