Great Potential...Love the old tiles... wish that generations would consider ways to preserve that which is beautiful.... Love the bricks in the lower level... The VIEWS and the Terrace.... 👍

Very charming 😊👍 great house love the cellar/ basement that could be renovated just a little it would be gorgeous and I think that door goes to the street and the first area with the old kitchen was nice as well .great video thanks Reno 👋 💕

Maybe there was an older person who could not climb the stairs….that is why there is the bedroom downstairs.

I’m wondering the same thing about the doors in the (what we’d probably call) basement - was that street access? Quite a lot of space in this house, and it’s nice that the great old tiles were preserved in one room! I’d be tempted to remove most of the wall where the sink and stove are, and make that a peninsula. Would be a nice larger combined cooking and dining area! Love the tall vaulted ceilings, and especially that basement room!
