charting the new GCS chart 

I did gcs scenario on 3/3/23. There is now column for oxygen saturation just below Respiration column.plz confirm

Hi violet, in my trust we were asked to chart coma scale with a dot, same as normal limb movement but for weakness we use eith R or L. hope is still okay ?
