Hear me out. Commit to the chaos: Bennett, Fischl, Furina. Fischl can be snapshotted by Bennett and buffed by Furina and Overload and Electro-charged are getting buffed. And Chasca's constellation is a condor. Reject Xiangling, return to Birdge.
Ororon will be an interesting teammate for Chasca, enabling a electro-charge teams more. Ororon can give the Natlan support set bonus. Furina for her buff and then either an electro or hydro healer and you have a decent team.
It'll probably have priorities on which elements get absorbed first similar to other Anemo characters, except instead of completely ignoring the element with a lower priority it just gets loaded into the chamber after the one with the higher priority.
Xiangling would be quite awkward I guess. IMO, she wants a cryo support, like C6 diona who buffs 200EM for free and now she can vape, fw vape, melt and fw melt
yea i was thinking about a cryo/pyro/electro/hydro character that buffs EM, since chasca will deal reaction damage, i think the only one is diona c6, idk if there is anyone else

Definitely the most unique DPS we've seen. Figuring out how to make her work is actually gonna be fun when the starting point isn't "throw in all the default best supports".
@@lupi3606 Furina/Xiangling/Bennet is like a "slot in any character to be good" type of team. It's a variant of national and that's the first thing you drop a new character in because it works great with just the three. It's tough to gauge whether it's gonna be the best thing you could be doing with her. I mean, she's not like a "Oh, it's Pyro so we add Yelan or Xingqiu" or "it's Anemo so we need C6 Faruzan" type of character. Chasca also doesn't benefit much from Kazuha and Xilonen isn't ideal either. The interplay of her mechanics is a huge question mark
I honestly think she might pair beautifully with teammates who are powerful supports but don't do a lot of damage or application of their own... they only need to be THERE and she'll apply for them. Meanwhile they can heal/shield or buff chasca herself. Obviously furina and Bennett are good supports here, but so is kujo Sara, Mona, and for survivability, Thoma, Barbara, kuki, Layla, dehya, etc. Her E doesn't really jibe with most coordinated skills.
The first character who can self-react with themselves 😂 Bcs of tht, she might as well be the BEST shield shredder in the game. Say goodbye to bruteforcing shields bcs she can just do it by herself- Goblet wise, atk% goblet stonks will rise/using the element with the most members will be the play. And her AoE + Kiting ability could also be the BEST in the game. Her AoE could even be rivaling Neuv's AoE. Ofc, we're completely ruling out the DMG since Neuv's is pretty much consistent to dealing that damage regardless if it's ST or AoE. BUT, Chaska is looking excellent so far in this regard. Overall, a very VERY interesting unit. Natlan always blows us away on how their characters just throw away their weaps and starts using a shark, an 8-bit canon, rollerblades, or whatever this flying giant revolver is AHAHAA
What I'll probably do with her aotm is give her the natlan support set. The elemental shells are considered hers so she can just pass dmg bonus to everyone and herself. Just got a good 4p full crit on it so I'll just have fun with it
That could be quite fun with a dual DPS or quickswap if Chasca could run a shorter rotation option similar to Alhaitham. Maybe something like Diona/Layla apply cryo, any other Anemo to debuff with cryo VV, Cinder City Chasca, and finally Ayaka or Chongyun burst for a backloaded nuke? A similar thing could probably be done with Thoma into short Arlecchino window, or Beidou into Raiden burst.
Okay, I have an idea though, The team with Chasca, Charlotte, Furina and Bennett Benett provides atk for Chasca and Charlotte Charlotte provides teamwide heal for Furina and Chasca CA will do melt/vape reaction to boost her dmg. Or Sigewinne (P2w option here) instead of Charlotte
I think Casca, Ororon, Furina, Charlotte mght be a nice comp. Ororon can hold the Natlan support set, Furina will buff and Charlotte is a one click healer that works best with Furina. Plus they are all different elements that is good for Chaskas rainbow dmg
Hoyo has me by the balls, if the leak about her C1 is true it makes Xilo the best support for her, and then her reactions randomness makes me feel like taser is a great option, this combined with leaks that electric charge reaction multipliers got increased, makes me feel like her best team will be, xilonen, Chasca c11, Ororon C2+, and Furina
Wait, I heard that Hu Tao had problems with Xilonen's C2 since Hu Tao is pyro and wants HP% but Xilonen gives her an atk% buff. I'd check if Xilonen would really buff Chasca at all before going for her C2, because if it doesn't work then Chasca would get no buffs from her
@@ice_cream_mochi Chasca doesn't want Xilonen anyway as Chasca want PECH element in her party. And Hutao scales on ATK%, Just her talent converts her hp% to atk%. So atk buff is not useless just not as efficient as Hp% buff would have been.
I'm loving it.. not only her design is bold but ALSO her animations AND her kit.. I personally don't care how stuffed or niche it might turn out, it's still my thing favorite yet.

Expecting her to be pretty good. Her multipliers are high enough that Bennett and Furina alone will assure that she will have decent dps. She also seems to be waiting for Mauvika like Mualani is. Xiangling seems a bit awkward with her, based on what I've seen from her animations, plus Mauvika could hold cinder. I'm curious how Shenhe would fair on the melt side of things. Hopefully Citlali will be a support or subdps.
it seems ororon might be electro electrocharged support so I'm guessing they might want to push electrocharge team with chasca swirl based dps, which might be a good excuse for some of us to try to use dori and furina with chasca and ororon (I mean, I have her there just collecting dust, I like to try figure out how to use all the characters I have without having to stick to meta), I might be super wrong tho, given that chevreuse is a red design with purple hair that buffs pyro and electro, Im guessing ororon is an electro design with lots of blue so...
In the new beta they just leaked that they are buffing non dendro/anemo/ geo transformative reactions which is probably the second third time they adjusted the elemental system to buff a new unit (first zhongli, then kazuha, and now chasca)
My impression is that she might have a full rework before release. What could be the case, though, would be that each elemental application is interleaved with Anemo application, meaning she'll swirl three times, meaning she could easily buff 3 different elements with her Artifact set (VV or Hero). Still, seems very niche.
That would not be very good since dendro does not count as one of the elements that can be infused. So you wouldn't even have two from PHEC. Aggravate is good because it can be proc'd often. Chasca will only have 4 CA's to shoot.
@@bevanthejevan1915 thats why they said C1, because her c1 allows her passive to still fully proc with just 2 PHEC teammates. Which means she can have room for one dendro, geo, or anemo teammate.
I wonder if the fact that she has access to pyro, cryo, hydro and electro means she will be able to adapt to elemental power-creep, and therefore be a viable dps longterm?
Hot take, but this kind of team building makes Sigewinne much more useful/viable. Her just being a hydro healer with low personal hydro application makes her much more personally useful here since her only direct competitor in this kind of team building is Kokomi (and Barbara if you want but I don’t, so). Honestly I feel like she’s been pretty good for every Natlan character other than Mualani so far. (Yes her use for Xilonen and Kinich is niche, but still more viable than people give her credit for) Anyway, there’s my two cents.
Have you heard of the leaks regarding some reaction buffs? The base number changes leaked are: Superconduct: 0.5 -> 1.5 Shatter: 1.5 -> 3 Electro-charg: 1.2 -> 2 Overload: 2 -> 2.75
So, if she got Hydro, Dendro and Electro teammates we got missile launcher casca. If she got Pyro and Electro only teammates we got attack Chooper casca. Neat.
I think considering Superconduct, EC, Overload, and Shatter are all getting buffed in 5.2, that Chasca is gonna be best in a random-bullshit-go team with future Natlan Cryo+Electro+Hydro supports + off fielders.
I think you're going to want to find rainbow elements kind of like a overburgeon razor. Electro Pyro Hydro being something to look towards possibly, especially with the arbitrary buffs to electro reactions in the leaks considering she can't control her application just getting as many happening as possible might be the ticket.
It's been a while since I've been so hyped for a character. I can't wait! she looks promising especially at c1 (100% with only 2 element in team) so I can use faruzan c6 example: chasca faruzan furina bennett
I disagree with Chasca not being able to work with supports like Xilonen or Kazuha. You can still use Chasca with only two elements and the only thing you really lose is the the guaranteed chance to have the 4th shot be converted. However you still have a 66% chance to get the fourth shot and with how good Kazuha's and Xilonen's buffs/debuffs are, it's more than worth the chance. If you can manage to pull her C1, it fixes it so that you only need two elements with her. Xilonen is probably her best support because she can easily shred multiple elements without having to actively cause a reaction and her effects are long lasting. This could be why they were featured together in Xilonen's trailer and know eachother well in the story.
This isn't true. If you run her with xilonen or kazuha, you get 2 shots converted with a 66% chance of getting a third. If you run her with 3 PHEC characters, you have a 100% chance to convert 4 shots. 1.33 shots infused is a lot of damage.
Though with c1, it should change from 2.66 to 4 with xilonen and 4 to 5 shots with all different characters which means that xilonens res shred will probably make up for that extra infused shot.
@@bevanthejevan1915 Yeah her C1 adds yet another infused shot and buffs her passive talent by giving you a 100% chance to get the fourth shot with just two elements in your team. So you can and most definitely want to use Xilonen with her.
@@bevanthejevan1915 That's not what her info says. Read her skill and the passive carefully. Pay close attention to how it describes the shots. The skill says her 4TH 5TH and 6TH shot will undergo elemental conversion. The passive says depending on elements in the party, she has a chance to convert the 3RD shot So she will have 4 shot in total if you trigger the passive. Remember even if her team is only consisting of pyro characters, then all the shots she load will be pyro. It doesn't mean it will only convert one shot to pyro, but all 4. So if you're only using her with two characters(one hydro one pyro), then all shots she obtains will still be converted. You will have either two pyro or two hydro shots or a mixture of both when she converts the 4 shots

With Xilonen on the team, you'll have two other slots to meet the requirement meaning you'll only have two shots with a 66% chance of getting a third from her 1st ascension passive. You missed the word "For each"
Her movement and kit is really really cool. She has super Wanderer movement and has Kazuha level of "wanting to swirl a bunch of shit". But I'm saving for Mavuika and I'm sure HER movement will be bonkers
My wishlist rn is all archons, all harbingers (lyney isn't one), all elements for each weapon type, all chibis, all heroes of natlan, and favorite dps. I think priority wise it is favorite dps > archons > heroes > harbs > chibis > all elements for each weapon.
They'll even buff the reactions in 5.2 for her rainbow shooting to be better (and Neuvilette playable) LOL EDIT: EM goblet can be viable too (might even be better) because of those upcoming reaction buffs, since she'll do most of her team dmg.
I wonder if she'll be more of a nuke dps than a consistent one like arlecchino or neuv. This is all just guesses right now but I'm guessing we have to set up the elements in a certain order to enable vape or melt for her charged attack so even using a pyro goblet wouldnt be too bad if youre going for strictly reaction damages. Xilonen being a awesome support for her potentially aswell as Bennett and furina.
i feel she is going to like an electro charge(also edgy boy has electro charge mechanics and both are gonna share patch/banner) focus unit bc i feel that unless they give us a way to manipulate elemental aplication, like depending of the slot of the team the order of the aplication changes or something among those lines is gonna be hard to vap/melt all the important hit.
I think she doesn't need any off fielders as she force the elements to interact anyways one of her best teammates in my opinion is gonna be childe, he will buff her damage by the talent and she will fuse hydro anyways, the second might be ororon as natlan support artifact user and his talent makes him better off-fielder with hydro unit.
Assuming her convertion shot reactions scale off her own em i think her build will look like, codex set with em sands atk cup and c.dam helm. I specify crit damage helm since she ascends with c.rate leaving her with 24.5 at max rank. Combine this with the codex set effect and she rolls at 64.5 c.rate passively so she would want more damage, and also since her bow is c.dam as well. The atk cup since she has no set element so this is the best way for damage boosting and an em sands so she becomes a good reaction driver. I would say get as much em on her helm and cupb and then as much c.rate on her sands to round out her crit ratio. Her feather and flower cab be whatever stat you need more to round her out. As for team im thinking furina for her universal damage boost, pyro traveler and or mavuika if one of their speculated kits has a off field or damage boosting effect. And xilonen for res shred. With furina and pmc/archon she has the 2 elements needed for her to shred and heal, and since chasca deals her teams elements she gets the bonus from xilo. Xilo will also be the scroll user on this team.
I just wish that they give her a passive that allows you to at least use an anemo goblet. I know they don't want to make her work with faruzan but at least like make the golet work... Switching goblets around depending on the team is so pain without artifact loadouts
@@CelVini because of the diminishing returns of running double attack mainstats + bennet + her signature. At some point attack buffs become less valuable and as said in the video dmg goblets are still better if you take them for the right element. Its just annoying because you have to switch it around depending on the team (without a loadout system) which means you have to note all yor chasca builds somewhere so you and search every time you change her team which especially long term is really annoying to do and keep track off. If they would just let her use an anemo goblet and take it fir the transformed bullets you could just run 1 built on all her teams. Also its somewhat unreliable because one of the bullets will transform randomly meaning sometimes it'll be buffed and sometimes it wont
Also youd basically need 4 separate strong goblets and corresponding artifact sets if you want to main chasca and play around with different teams and still maintain the best dmg possible. Yes going for atk is more practical but chasca seems to be someone who won't use reactions so as soon as you add another atk buffer like sara or any new ones and factor in atk from nobless and weapon buffs that attack goblet is getting devalued faster than you would think.
How does electro charged look on her? Isn't Ourorn speculated to be electrocharged subdps support, and she does work with both hydro and electro, and it makes the order of her attack matter less and the application amount. It may also mean she could run an electro goblet if the reaction damage is substantial enough.
Ororon seems to be easily the best choice, since his the attacks just stay on field and taunt enemies for the cannon shot. I only worry abt the burst duration
FINALLY AN EXPERIMENTAL CHARACTER DESIGN. Although i have both xiao and wanderer so idk if ill be pulling 😭 But its kits like that that you can't really grasp all the potential synergies quickly that are so interesting to me. Also a breath of fresh air because main dps characters have become so utterly boring kitwise
Basically, if you dont have Furina or don't want to use Bennet or XL you can get her on her rerun after you pull for Mavuika 😂 Ororon with Hero set sounds really good for her, too bad you can't use the best electro reaction with her (Hyperbloom/Aggravate) so Electro Charged is the play for her with Electro.
She actually seems to work in aggravate as well. In a team of Chasca, 2 electro characters, and one good dendro applicator like Nahida or DMC, she can get some really good aggravates off with her own electro application and swirls. Just build her em and you're good.
The scroll wielder has to swirl to buff anemo, so to use it she's gonna need another anemo from Natlan... Ooorr use it herself! To buff sub dps units on her team, making another anemo dps a driver

@@lxlYukilxl from what I've seen, you should almost never use anemo goblet because her anemo scalings are very bad, you can use atk as generalist option and other element goblets depending on the team
i think a really interesting set up for her would be something like; Thundering Fury or Wandering Troupe Chasca BIS : Cinder Ororon (the only non main dps non geo that can trigger it) + other two character that can react with electro, seems like overload is best so.... + Noblesse Chevreuse + Song of Days Past Furina or Kokomi = to achieve the maximum potential buff from artifacts how would u guys improve this?
Why isn't it possible to shore her dmg Goblet with external dmg % buffs? Also wouldn't swirl EM increase the damage of everything? Maybe future artifact set.
Will her team restriction issue be fixed by her cons? I think her first one actually deals with this problem, giving that 100% chance of another elemental bullet already with just 2 characters. Will kazuha be viable then? And will Xilonen be actually better for her?
