Very cool new setup RJ! I'd recommend some accent lighting on the walls in the back and a stronger key light would help improve the shot a lot. The echo is there, but if you put more furniture in the room, it'll get better. The rug certainly helps since you have hard floors. Congrats on the new house!
I have a feeling that those new Chase Emerald Card will either have a 3x dinning or a Premium 1.5x multiplier. Chase is always innovating 😂 Thanks for the update RJ!
Private client with the emerald will be less than the JPMorgan morgan. PC has 1/66th the requirements. So new card will get 2 united club day passes. Lol.
Have collected a few private client welcome bonuses over the last few years. They like to pester you a bunch asking how they can help you all the time, I would potentially be inclined for a business version of the card. Decent airline and with good multipliers would be good, I typically do not have issues with credits and using them to offset annual fees, so some credits would not be bad
Unrelated... I had to file a CFBP complaint for Hawaii. Bank claims they sent the $500 back to Ally and Ally needs to accept the ACH. Maybe, maybe not but I'll never be allowed to talk to someone at Ally who understands this, aside from looking in my account to see if there's a $500 credit. Hawaii likely won't cut a check for fear of ACH fraud... figured why waste the time and just file the complaint.
United Premier Silver status would make me drop my CSR & United Explorer in a heartbeat. United Club access would be incredible. I'd even pay $650 per year for the card if both were offered
The Reserve is honestly missing hotel status and little perks like Cellphone Protection but at this point I’ll just be happy with a grocery & gas category in the Chase eco system
Agree and don't think we'll ever get those. Hyatt doesn't seem to want to hand out status like the other chains do. Even if they added Marriott status, it's on so many other cards that I don't think it would mean much

@@RJFinancialI’m not sure what changed with the checking promotions, I was able to join the credit union while being out of the service area via the financial fitness association this spring. Starting July 1st, they added some fine print to the website saying the Visa signature is now “available only to residents of Alabama and Tennessee” regardless of if you’re part of the credit union overall

Hopefully Chase has a planned refresh for the CSR with this new emerald project. Now that CSR doesn't have PP restaurants it's hard justifying when I can just get the VX and CSP and have PP access and Chase transfer partners for a cheaper price then the CSR
@@billwright2176 has nothing to do with spend. every premium card out there has credits that help off set the AF. if you have that much spend on travel that the 1x extra point off sets the AF then I applaud you. I'd rather use that spend to hit SUBs on other cards
The Schwab rule seems odd to me, because most MR multipliers are cut off after a certain amount. A small advertising business spends $150K on ads at 4X, keep that coming, but a crazy guy who wants to spend over a million at 1X, 1.1% cash back, time to hit the breaks!
