i think i can tell that you just started to watch the chaser this year.. i personally am a chaser fan and have been for years, but you should really allow people to have their own opinion..
afl tackling IS sloppy, but what u dont realise is afl teams get rugby coaches to teach them how to tackle...so technically we're being taught how to tackle sloppy.....but nrl tackle coaches :)
yeh, but thats the rules...and its below the knees. its because footy is a more free flowing game, if tripping or wrapping the legs was allowed it'd be fucked coz in tight ball contests u'd just get ankle tapped and lose possession. league is more stop start, and i guess its more of tactics, i dunno i just watch the game, im not an expert.
