It'sssss Time! They're finally here in small packs, but the Atlantic Bonito are finally showing up on our AR Reefs. These small, Tuna shaped fish are by far the strongest Pelagic fish that's inshore for me! They taste excellent and can be cooked numerous ways, whether it's sashimi, seared or blackened. These fish haven't showed their face in the huge packs like they will towards the end of this month. We only get about 4-6 weeks to chase bad boys before they continue their quest up North.
