Hi there. I am not sure of the exact definition of 'craft gardener' but, to my understanding, it is a term used in the industry nowadays to describe someone who has qualifications, experience and plant knowledge and is expected to make a creative contribution to the garden. This is as opposed to someone who is mostly expected to mow grass and cut hedges. If someone has better insider insight, I would be glad to hear it.
@@GardeningatDouentza thank you. I had a suspicion that a craft gardener was someone with huge expertise about all things horticultural as opposed to someone who mainly does one job such as hedge cutting, grounds maintenance etc.
