Long story short. They all have limitations: I have used all of them extensively for complex project. There is one task that Claude couldn't resolve for me but Gemini did it. And so also the other models
as long as they cant even correctly input and output the same data... also i hate those make 100 things = 4 wrong, if you do the same thi ng just each by each 0 wrong... its so annoying, it should start talking to itself...
I like claude as well, but also Playground serves as a great way of getting more information, because one AI model is not always going to have what you are looking for.
Great review Dave, thanks ! You have got me thinking… My current AI usage is a GPT plus account which I use on the phone using the gpt app on Android, gpt in Chrome, And I have an API account which feeds things like KW hero… Main usage is brainstorming for my photography business and doing SEO content for the blog and website and social media. I haven't really used the other llms much, only got free accounts Which run out after a few queries. So Do I cancel gpt plus, get API accounts on all of these different platforms, And go for tier 2…. Hmmmm Any thoughts welcome Keep doing the videos. I watch every single one of them for them, I am an addict !!
Thanks for the comment and question. You might miss access on your phone. You could always cancel your GPT account and grab ChatPlayground and try it out for a few months and see how it goes. You have the 60 day refund policy. You wouldn’t need the API key for all the services, probably just Claude :)
How do you get the chapter indicators? Do you do it in some automatic way or after you record, do you review the video and record the start moment of each chapter?
I just grab the chapters we use for RU-vid. In my case this is done in Final Cut with markers during the editing process. Creators Best Friend is used to output the markers to chapters.
I got Straico so no big deal with the multiple LLMs. I do like the interface showing all at once but there is a concern that they ripped off another tool for that. I do like the chat with tools and flashcard options so might get tier 2. I currently use Harpa for the copilot stuff although I think I like their interface better. Probably just wait until close to the end to buy to see how it shakes out and if anything else comes along.
Thanks for sharing! I appreciate you taking the time to share what’s working for you. Regarding your concern - I don’t have any issue with a duplicate interface in this scenario. For an interface to be copyrightable, it needs to possess a minimum degree of creativity and originality in its visual design, beyond just a standard layout of functional elements. To me nothing about any of these apps is creative or original. Software is a commodity.
