I'm so sorry about the college. Looked it up, and it seems like such a nice place to go to school. From what I read, I can't see the point of starting there. Even if they get the 12 million, how long before they need more money. Yes, FAFSA is a real pain. I'm going to watch your egg cover tutorial in a few minutes. So cute!

I went through the torture of FAFSA with 3 kids. It was horrible! Biggest pain in the butt ever!

So sorry for your daughter, she has been on my mind but I had not found a way to communicate with you privately. I have a very strong positive opinion of Northland, well except for this issue - doesn't seem reasonable that it was not foreseen. We have lived on the South Shore - Port Wing, WI for nearly 20 years now. I have met numerous graduates of Northland, now friends & neighbors as well as civic leaders. After graduating Northland they have settled in and have led the way here, in so many grass routes efforts to maintain and enhance the natural gifts of northern Wisconsin. Hopefully your daughter will find another opportunity to fulfill her aspirations. Maybe a year or of two basic studies will put her in good stead other places, more institutions are now taking such credits.
