I think we think alike. I've always loved flower afghans, and the ones that look like quilts ! I really liked the lamp shade too ! By the way, since I've finished days gone a number of times, I went back and watched your last video when you finished the game I think itwas Saturday ! Do you think you'll finish super Mario world ? Always enjoy your videos !
These bassinets bring back such wonderful memories. I learned how to make them over 50 years ago! Instead of using butter tubs for the base, we used to cut the bottom off empty dish detergent bottles. That may be what the bassinet you bought was made from. Thats why there’s no printing on it. The bottles used to have paper labels which you could soak off. Yours are so adorable.
I love your prayer shawl idea. I have a Bible study playlist on my channel going through the book of Luke, if you'd like to learn more. I think it's fantastic that your daughter is helping you. Love the blanket you got at the antique store. 😍
Hi, Ms. Alana. Thank you for a great tutorial. I'll have to give this a try. I dont think I have done this stitch before. Now i have the brain ticking for a scrappy blanket or maybe a scarf so many possibilities. 😊 big hugs, my dear friend, and hello from Colorado Springs Co.
Does anyone know of a way to attach to the doll head to a body that doesn't use a water bottle? Would a cloth body work? I'm also trying to find directions on how to do that--attaching vinyl doll heads to cloth body. Haven't been successful in my search. I'm new to all this, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Blocking will take care of any irregularities. It is looking gorgeous, but that's a big project!! She's going to love it!! I'm trying to catch up on your videos. Glad you're back in the mood to crochet!
What sweet and thoughtful friends you have. Such precious gifts! The clothes you made for your Kewpies are so cute. I love your hair , Alana. Very beautiful curls. Wish my straight hair would curl. Lol❤
I know where you made your mistake I watched it a few times and it's in your very first row I think it was the first Stitch you put two into one and then you just carried on but that's where the mistake came from darling
Whatever you want to make is fine with me! I would probably choose the bullion stitch. I'm looking forward to watching your last tutorial. Hot pads I think, but I'll be hanging mine up! Such cute things from the thrift store. I've been visiting mine lately! 😬
I would love to know how they connected the diagonal afghan as I am working on diagonal squares for my grandson right now. I have been wondering how I was going to connect them. I like the continual diagonal rows better. Wish I had seen this sooner.
Your hair is so cute. Fun antique store finds. That baby blanket. Looking forward to more tutorials. I love your things for the home and vintage work. Have a great week!
