Great detailed review on the Elan... it reminds me of a nicer version of Moynat's Gabrielle clutch. I was also looking at that Bottega clutch, and you're right... the weird rod is awkward, and doesn't look all that nice when hanging--the Elan is so much better! Very curious to know how much the Elan costs, and whether they'll consider making it in Epsom leather in the future.

Congratulations on the 1K sub ❤ I am a new subscriber 😊 I think I shop Hermes at the same store as you shop. I am waiting for my Birkin 30. I chose the bigger size because i am a lot taller, and Birkin 25 looks weird on me when I try it. I started my journey last year, Feb. I asked Mini Lindy last year when I first started my journey. I think I spent 1.6 ratio 1 on Mini Lindy that i got offer in Aug last year. I asked Birkin 30 last year Dec. I think the problem was that I got delay in getting a quota bag because I accepted Garden Party 30 and Mini Roulis in between Aug and now. I told my SA I would decline other bags near the future and wait for the Birkin 30. 😂 I think my spending to get the Birkin 30 is 3 ratio 1. I think because I accept other bags and also Mini Lindy. But everyone's journeys are different. I am happy with my journey anyway. I buy items I use, and i collect as well. I kinda of a collector myself on bags and homeware.
