You remind me of myself. I'm shy myself and I used to have a hard time making videos I'd stumble on words, not look at the camera and even forget what I was going to say. Sometimes I'll make a video and won't post it because I don't like it. Getting the hang of it though. Love your videos, they're fun and they make me smile!

I like these videos, it's nice just to hear what's happening with you. I feel that people who are alternative need to be treated better because we're all people as well, we just wear different things to some people...but that isn't really a good enough reason to be treated differently. Awesome video xx

I love these life update videos. Its nice to see you as a person with things you are dealing with. I can totally relate with your self-confidence issues. I recently started making videos and I have to edit them quickly or I just get too hung up on how I look/sound. I hope you start feeling a bit better. It must be hard to be excluded for dumb reasons. You and mamy of the other goth/alternative youtubers are really making a difference though. By putting yourself out there, I think it makes goth less taboo and more common. Even in the crazy community of Las Vegas, I still get sly sideways glances, even though I don't dress very goth.
I personally want more of these. I miss and love your sit down chat videos. What you've been doing is amazing, but I would be lying if I said I didn't also miss this type of video as well. Keep your head up Kaya. We love you to pieces. :)

I honestly love your videos like this. Like a lot of people, I found you through the what not to say to Goths video(and again later through the simple cat eye tutorial, but I didn't know it then), and because I've seen how, despite the discrimination and dickheads out there, you didn't let it stop you from being yourself. I've always been completely in love with the goth subculture, and thought it was beautiful, but my grandmother literally said that if you're goth, you're a Satan worshipper...-_-. For the longest time I just held off with the goth, so I didn't have to hear her shit, but after binge watching a ton of your videos and seeing how there's never going to be a point where I'm not getting crap from people, I stopped pushing it back and started doing what I wanted. I'm so glad I did. I love how I feel about myself now, and I actually get a lot of compliments on how I'm dressed, which makes the dirty looks worth it. So yeah, that was a long winded way to say thanks for being you. There's many an asshat out there, and you've told fuck you to them all and prompted me to do the same. Love you, hope to see more of these!

If you don't listen to them that's cool, but I would recommend them to you if you don't know who they are. I always worry I'm annoying convention guests if I hang about too long like if they're thinking "k, can u piss off now?" OMG I SO HAVE STICKER COMMITMENT ISSUES. Especially if the stickers are particularly awesome. I have like...SO many bumper stickers and such that I just don't want to use for fear of having to throw the thing I put them on away. It's awful. I wouldn't worry too much about looking like a bitch, darling. There are plenty of shy people in the world, so anyone who thinks you're a bitch probably just doesn't understand how shy people work and just needs to get out more anyway. :P I know the struggle of self-confidence issues too. I've been putting videos up on my channel for two years and I still only have 240 subscribers, probably because I do have an alternative career and lifestyle. I try not to let it get to me, because I just do this stuff for fun, but I do sometimes wonder what I'm doing wrong, or what's wrong with me that even my own personal friends don't watch my videos. You should put stuff on Redbubble aswell! theres quite a few things there that spreadshirt may not have (and likewise spreadshirt has things Redbubble does not) I use Redbubble myself. love the Halloween badges you have in your shop (from one of your earlier videos I think?) Ill have to get some next time I have a chance :)

I saw the idea of a mug for merch, you could have the mug the pink (same colour as banner) but with like fake plastic kind of goo looking thing on the rims that look like they're trickling down the sides of the cup with "Toxic tears" on in black! Xx
