@@psidhu1979 I said this myself in another video he was in. He is like the Harrison Ford of Pakistan. He has such a great but down to earth air about himself. He is a kid but a big strong man. He is someone I would want on my side for protection or for any fight. He is strength kindness and still a child in his age. That is a really rare quality in men.
It's nice to know that Brother Chaudhary makes the same faces when he is eating his native foods as he does with ours😂🤗🥰 One can tell he has an appreciation for good food.
Mr. Rafique, that dish looks absolutely amazing and you explain it so well. I would like to request the people at Tribal People Try do biography videos on their participants. I would like to learn more about the people, their work, homes and their families.

@@alanwhetstone3922 I fully agree with you. I've been fascinated by this man since I first saw him on RU-vid. Certainly a great person. More of it and the world would be a better place. But I also find the other participants very lovable. Celebrating a party with them would certainly be an unforgettable experience.
I wonder if all the Tribal people involved realize just what a joy they are? I as well as many others find their honesty and gratitude very refreshing. The appreciation they show for what we would consider "little" things is wonderful. I will for sure join Patreon.
I had the opportunity to travel to different countries and my friends always asked what strange food I ate. My answer was always meat, rice and vegetables. We're all human. We eat the same foods just cooked in local ways with local spices according to local taste. All cultures have their own dishes that we can share with each other without fear because the basics are the same: meat, rice, vegetables. This is why I want some Sajji, yeeeeah, I need it, gimme, lol Peace and love friends
Must never've been to the areas of Asia where they regularly serve bugs, scorpions, tarantulas, etc. at street markets? Or other more "exotic" meats (bat, monkey brains, etc.)?

I am amazed by how he uses his hands and eat without making a single mess .. he even adds the yoghurt to it but he makes sure to not touch that. I am here and all I know is using cutlery but I do think certain food are better enjoyed with hands .. That dish looks so yummy btw! I could see it has spices and it must be so aromatic! I am jealous :)
It takes a little getting used to but it's fun and makes the food interactive that way. I was a culture shock for me when I went to the Philippines and they eat with their hands as well.
@@rebeccalucas6063 It's normal to eat food in India and Pakistan with your hands. I lived there for over a year, and when I go to my local Indian restaurant I still eat with my hands. The trick is to make a little rice ball with your hand and incorporate little bits of the main dish with the rice . It does take a bit of practice to get perfect, but is mastered pretty quickly.Obviously crucialmto wash your hans thoroughly before eating and very restaurant has a hand wash station.
@Abrar Ahmed I think that means eating more Indian food but I don't plan to since my country is in a lockdown and I prefer not to order anything. I was just sharing my amusement.

We just made yogurt here at home for the first time in years. My neighbor's Turkish father told me once he makes yogurt all the time. So it is pleasure to see that yogurt sauce goes with this dish. (It kind of reminds me of Puerto Rican "arroz con pollo," chicken with rice.) Thank you very much for showing me this. Now I'll have to find the recipe & try it with our home made yogurt sauce. Our way of cooking is much similar with Turkish. Pakistani culture specially dress pattern and cuisine, is influenced by ancient Turk tribrs because of the historical link we shared. I’d really like to see more of their dishes. I live just with my mother since my father passed away, 4 years ago. Me and my mother like getting to know other cultures, watching movies together, and eating food we never eaten before. I show this channel to her, and she enjoys it a lot. I love how she smile watching our friends here. And we’d love to try and cook some of your food. We will never stop exploring, she’s a wonderful person, but she’s just too sad sometimes. This is a typical roasted chicken with light spices over fire 🔥 like something we would do. It is so nice to see what you eat and how you prepare it. Chicken and rice is eaten all over the world in many prepared ways. Thank you for your sharing.
Reminds me so much of how I’m having to feed my husband these days. He’s been prescribed a Mediterranean diet by neurologists. I’m going to see if I can find something about this dish and duplicate it. I love this guy, my favorite from the channel. Loved his expressions from the pop rocks video.
All my life I have hated watching but more especially Hearing people eat. I love to feed people but hate any smacking of lips or locking of fingers. Yet I love all these people and could watch them all day on here and reactistan. Chaudhary is one cool guy

I was surprised to hear him pronounce it like that! I wonder if 'sajji' is cognate with Chinese "Sao ji", where Sao means roast and Ji means chicken. The two countries share a border so it's possible, or it can just be a coincidence. The spices are most likely different but both are spit roasted :p

I make this for my Persian husband and it’s delicious! The yogurt dish we make we call Mast Kiyar and the rice dish we call Zeresk polo ... everything looks so delicious !

Nice and delicious meal. Something similar also available in Malaysia that normally serve during local weddings. Basmathi rice is used and serve grill chicken or chicken curry, no yogurt but here we used cooked chilli paste and mixed salad (pineapple, onion, cucumber)
The food! Another great part of being overseas I really miss. It was always a pleasure meeting, talking, and sharing a meal with someone similar to Chaudhary.

I've travelled all over the world and eaten many local dishes.. Indian and Pakistani food was my favourite.. delicious, healthy and always served with a smile.. the culture and hospitality will stay with me forever 😁

this just shows how many talents can come out people ..withoust universities, or even any school, or training..or withouthem being aware of it , or others in tehir lives... he presented this so well.like he was on tv all the time or like he does presenting all the time
