For anyone in other countries who want to try and make this, there is a video here on RU-vid called "Besan Ki Boondi Recipe-Besan Ki Phulkian Recipe in Urdu/Hindi" that explains how to make the Bhalian mentioned at 0:40. While I don't understand Urdu, if you're an avid cook, just watching you'll catch on pretty quickly how they're made using lentil flour. This Dahi Bhalle looks similar to an American potato salad, only using yogurt and other seasonings instead of mayo. I'm sure going to give this a shot!

That looks AMAZING! Yes I would definitely eat it. We don’t have an Indian market near me but I’m going to try to find recipes for the ingredients for this. You are 💯% correct-our food is medicine. Well done!
