Today I am sharing a Sindhi breakfast recipe Chawal ka Doda.
Ingredients
1. Rice flour 2 cups
2. Onions 2 medium
3. Tomatoes 2 medium
4. Potatoes 2 medium
5. Green coriander leaves
6. Green chillies 2
7. Salt 1 tsp
8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
9. Oil
Method
1. Chop onions, potatoes, green chillies, tomatoes separately in a chopper.
2. Now add all these chopped vegetables in rice flour, add green coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and oil.
3. Combine all together and knead the dough by using the required amount of water.
4. Now take a small portion of dough and roll it into a doda as shown in the video.
5. Now make the doda on hot tawa/ pan on medium flame by applying oil on both sides.
Serve the Doda with Roasted Tomato Chilli Garlic chutney or with curd.
Delicious Rice ka Doda is ready to enjoy!!
