Today I took a long and hot walk down Chawneg Beach on May.25 hotter then usual for this time of year.
It is a lower season buy still many people on the island.
Bring your sunscreen and your sunnies because this journey was hot and sandy,!

Can you recommend a good hotel in Lamai or Chaweng that has good 1-bedroom rooms with a separate bedroom and living room, and a good view? We are two people coming next week, so a place without construction would be nice.

There are so many! Chaweng has Mecure, Banana Fan, Muang Samui, all.of them have options for a room with septate bedroom. LAMAI one of the best is Anatara Pura has amazing rooms. Depends on your budget so many choices

Best thing you can do is watch some of my hotel videos from chaweng and lamai . This will give a better idea on how the hotels look and where they are
