Clipped and (messily) joined together the separate segments from the film of Che's initial speech, his critics, and Che's rebuttal Che (2008) dir. Steven Soderbergh
@Ronaldo Al Agua Space & Time, Brother :) It was THE right move to liberate people back in the 1950s, but it has changed a lot now :) Every struggle toward revolution remains alive by preservation of it in various ways, and that is why their struggle mattered. I am certain Cuba will get back on the right track one day.
@Ronaldo Al Agua I am from India, which was under British colonial rule until 1947. Lots of freedom fighters, some of them socialists, some nationalists and various others laid down their lives for the much desired freedom. Look at India now, it's run by a despotic far right Hindu extremist, and our economy is shit. Would you say our freedom fighters were wrong and we should have let the British rule over India?
Fuck you im brazilian and have cuban friends they had to smuggle CHICKEN in their country to eat, and could be arrested because they were smuggling fucking chickens you imbecil do caralho you are an american living by an capitalism system and keep defending a communist one, while you eat mcdonalds, tiping on an iphone vai a merda
They pulled off one of the if not the greatest feats of all time taking and controlling and running cuba under those conditions. Would be like Ireland doing the same thing during the peak of Britain's empire but even more so. If people new the full history of Cuba they may understand. Us Americans have to get past our pride and ego like he did. He believed Cubans and all of south and central America let alone the world were all his people as he once proclaimed.
Seen this 10+ years ago. Benico transformed thats for sure. I bought the film couple years back on ebay for 13 dollars. Man time flies. But i love that about movies. When you physically buy a copy no matter how many platforms ban or take down or just dont have CHE you can always count on your copy.
Although not a communist myself, and not a believer that violent revolution is the only path to freedom, El Che’s words resonate with undeniable truth, then and now. Hasta la Victoria, hermano.
Einfach-Klasse/Simply Brilliant, Gud-on-ya Che. He stood his ground with the Imperialists and their "bought" entourage! El Che vive/Che lives in our hearts. Vive la revolucion!
