The 50Hz and 60Hz is to counter light flicker from Alternating Current lights. Most countries send electricity at either 50 or 60Hz.

You could try putting the micro sd card in an adapter, then connect to your laptop or pc. Then try a free program called Recuva (from CC cleaner). It's possible that the camera formatted the card by mistake?

If it is like phones and other cameras you connect the usb c charging cable to the computer instead of the charger. On Windows 10 a popup should appear asking you what you want to do. Otherwise click on My Computer and look for the camera icon. Once you've found the folder where the photos are use Copy and Paste to copy to your pc or laptop.

Why make rude and false comments on random people’s channels? It is a 32 GB memory card which I clearly stated. I also stated the cord type. How about start your own channel if you think you are smarter!
