Hi Bill, interesting home. I'm not a fan of the kitchen/living room, but I really liked the large bedroom! It's a shame the entire house doesn't have the same look with a high ceiling and white walls. Great tour and info as usual!

This guy is asking for there to be laws to prevent foreigners from buying properties in Mexico because he is claiming most Mexicans can't afford houses like this. I find this house to be expensive for what it is, especially compared to similar houses in other parts of Mexico, however I realize the lake Chapala area is an expensive place. It is truly a double edged sword, foreigners are paying higher prices for goods and services which prohibits many nationals from obtaining said products. On the hand many Mexican nationals are benefiting greatly from the influx of foreign money and not all those homes are owned by foreigners.
