CHEAP Siem Reap APARTMENT 5 mins walk from PUB ST 

This apartment is on Sok San Road, and is about a 5 minute walk to Pub St. Yes, I can confirm this from personal experience. It is so close.
This $200 apartment comes with bedroom air-con, washing machine, fridge, and hot water. Internet wi-fi is free. Lease is 6 months minimum. Water is very cheap at a few dollars per month. (Water is about 60 cents USD for a thousand litres.) Gas is free until the gas bottle is empty, but then you have to pay for a new gas bottle, which is about $50 for a 12kg bottle. Electricity is 25 cents USD per kilowatt in Cambodia. There are no other fees or charges. Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, can be cleaned before you move in upon request. You can also make specific cleaning requests or any other requests through the real estate agent or directly with the owner (if they speak English). There are no elevators in Cambodia. You will be climbing stairs, so good luck if you live on the fourth or fifth floors. 😂
