I use a comb to get stripes. I also tape off the hanging hole off a lure box (pretty much any small item package). I cut a piece off my old loofah to get a nice scale pattern

@@cjbaits402 yes it is! I got a few different shad patterns down and starting on getting good at doing the gills and craws, once again the playdough thing is going to help me with that
I tried a translator to try to answer your question -- It dries and hardens on its own as it sits. Takes maybe 18-20 hours. Becomes brittle after it dries so be cautious. I spray it with a clear coat to add some protection. Hope that is an answer!
