Meatloaf - ground serloin, diced tomatoes, diced bell peppers, diced sweet onions, diced jalapenos, ( no, it's not too spicy), Italian seasoning, crushed Caesar croutons into crumbs, eggs and cheddar cheese, catsup. The amount depends on how many loaves you adjust amout of ingredients to how many people to feed. Bake 375 for 50 mins -1 hr I did this for a businesses customer appreciation, no leftovers afterwards 😂
