I checked my rims before I mounted the tires and found they were the problem. Not the tires. New tires are usually pretty good. I temporarily taped the weights to the rims first, mounted the tires and they were already balanced.
Yeah I did the same thing, and it got it almost perfect. I ended up putting 1/2 oz of weights in a different spot after mounting the tire and it was perfect.
Running balancing beads in my goldwing and they work great from like 30-85 mph, anything under or over that and they feel a little out of balance. That’s fine for that bike because it scares me over 85 anyway
