Actually you can plan by yourself if you give some time and save some money otherwise you can go through travel agency by paying them extra money..

Yes there is train station in Alleppey. If u r getting direct train book it till Allapuzha.. otherwise u can book till kochi and then by bus or train..

Innova car will cost 1600-1700/day. 100km of travel included and more than this will cost 15/km. They ll charge night charges 200 extra.
