I would highly recommend using G-sensor on Yaxis instead of gyroscope on Z axis which offsets the calibration every time we make a sharp turn. G-sensor on the other hand have no need for any calibration no matter what.
Yes... But the problem I always faced was that the G-sensor was a bit too sensitive... And the steering wheel starts to wobble every time I try to turn... Idk, that's what I experienced... It might be due to the quality of the sensor also 🤷🏻♂️
@@virtualdrive8619 it's fine, it's actually better because you can actually rotate your phone and properly use touch even at extremes and the accuracy of G-sensor far exceeds the gyro so if sensitivity is really that much of an issue one can always reduce it in-game as well. And idk about the wobble thing, mine is perfect stable

yo guys if you have an old steering wheel laying around you can tape your phone to the middle of it and use the buttons on your keyboard as the pedals (for example i use space for throttle and 0 button on my keypad for brake since its also horizontally long

Thanks for the app! For whom this app didn't work (in my case it didn't coz i have a 32 bit windows) you can use "touch racer" Though it wont provide you to add alot of buttons or create a custom layout but it will work as a steering wheel and will allow you to gradually brake and accelerate and shift gears. I used it on lfs and it works flawlessly

1) You need to turn off the option to auto return the slider's position. Then set it to zero position. 2)Assign the throttle slider with the right trigger of xbox360. Assign brake slider to left trigger of xbox 360.

Yeah, depends on your wifi connection (speed and bandwidth) and also the quality of sensors in your smartphone.... I do play Project Cars 2 online... I faced no issues.... I was able to trail brake and counter steer... So yeah, it's good enough 👍🏻

Problem solved Go to layout page Tap settings icon beside “ layouts “ , then add controller Go to pc Look for “ set up usb game controllers “ Tap properties inside and calibrate Move the slider to max when calibration
Hey there!! Thanks for the video. I connect my phone to pc through USB and use the Forza layout in app. While playing racing games like F1 and asserto Corsa, there's seems to be a delay between you steering (tilting the phone) and the car actually steering in game. Is there any fix for it?
i found difficulty to connect my phone with pc. in both the option scanning and code input, it failed to connect. please let me know what should be the problem
Try using the latest receiver software... Not the 5.9.1 which I mentioned in the video and use a common wifi network, not hotspot from same mobile.... It should work 👍🏻
@@fazilahamed1240 do you have a link for that? I downloaded a 5.9.1 apk and whenever i connect to my pc it just crashes. I haven't found any sites that has that.

It's the same procedure I think... Instead of assigning your keyboard keys for car movement, use this app. Install, connect and follow the video until making the layout, and then open your game and configure.👍🏻 Let me know if you face any issues... I'll help you out ✌🏻

I've tried it on assetto corsa, it works but it's unstable af. After one lap the steering ain't accurate anymore, it keeps going left even if my suspension isn't damage.
I was just now driving using the same app in assetto corsa. Seems to work really well. I've actually tried this long ago but I couldn't set it up properly then, also couldn't learn how to drive with it either. Now this video motivated me to try again and its very good now. My layout is a bit different, had to tweak it a bit until it hit just right, but yeah, can confirm this works really well.
@@SHADOWLEGENDDRAWS connect the cable --> turn on USB tethering in your smartphone --> open the app in your smartphone and the receiver software in your PC --> click connect in your smartphone --> tap the USB symbol in between the wifi and Bluetooth symbol in the app's connection screen --> then tap your PC's name displayed on the app 👍🏻

Whenever I connect it, my PC notifications spam "[phone name] is controlling your device!" then on my phone it says "connection failed" and my PC stops spamming

You mean to control a game in ipad with a phone?..... I don't think so..... Because the receiver software is available only for windows platform. Phone (controller) can be anything i.e., Apple, Android or Windows Phone. Check this link for latest version and better understanding: www.monect.com

Haven't tried that.... Try using the gyroscope input for steering... It should work 👍🏻..... Let me know if you face any issues.... And go for the latest Receiver software, not the 5.9.1 which I mentioned in the video.
With the latest version of this app, you cannot use the same mobile's hotspot to connect.... You need a common wifi connection (or a wifi from a third mobile device to which your smartphone and your PC are both connected).... In the layout, you will have a "+" symbol on the top right corner of the screen... Press that and click "new landscape layout".... and after that watch the video for further guidance.... Finally, assign the inputs for your game from your smartphone with your new layout (also explained in the video).... Hope I have made myself clear to you ✌🏻

With the cable connected, open the app and tap "scan". There will be a USB icon in between (just below the logo of the app) the wifi and Bluetooth icon. Tap that, and you will be able to connect.
