Hi guys ! Today I'm going to make a $1 soldering iron out of a Pen Case and truck's spark plugs! I hope you enjoy the video and get great value from my ideas! #diy #solderingiron #homemade #howto #magichand #hot
Your presentation is impressive and I salute you, you already have 705k viewers and already had revenues from Y.T. I believed you already have funds to buy new pairs of side cutter or wire nipper and later for other things needed to your projects. God Bless
That is not a spark plug it is a glow plug but then you would not get any comments LOL - Also use - - 24 Volt.- Glow plugs are around 150 Watt. So 150 / 12 = 12.5 Amp - Most trucks are 24 Volt So 150 / 24 = 6.25 Amps.
Seems risky to the battery... They're not meant to continuously discharge amperage like that over long period of time... Plus it can create toxic fumes..
You shouldn't use a 12v glow plug to a 24v batteries, it will be destroyed by over voltage. I am an automotive technician, I have been using this for almost 5 years.
I would love like step by step instructions. What you have done is really cool but for us that know nothing it would be great if you could give a lot more information. Thanks and very cool…..
Considering the heating element draws a lot of amps, section cable will not hold it for long...so this device is supposed to be use for short periods. for same reasons, soldering all connections would be recommended, But idea is interesting
This device is supposed to be used for short periods???? Its a glow plug from a diesel engine Which when running can be on for hours at high temperature The battery will run out before any damage is done to the element
Have you ever bought a solder iron for $20? They're shit. Even the $50 ones don't last. At least the weller ones I've had certainly are meh. While i agree mostly with what you said, if someone saw this and decided to perfect this technique.... So it looked a bit cleaner, maybe using a Dr. grip pen or something with a sightly better look than paint marker, then maybe that's a recipe for something cool.
He's jealous and blind. Good job with the solder iron. You need Dremel rotary tool to help make cleaner cuts. Or a reamer to smooth that inner part. Definitely way cooler than i thought it'd be
Hello Dear Sir, I am looking to boil 3 liters of water with a 12v warming plug connected to the mains current (alternating current) by means of a small transformer which receives 220v and gives 12v 1A output to the warming plug.Comment achieve it? Thank you for answering me.
I meant no ill will towards the author/builder here. They may have the marbles sufficient to make and use things like this which is fine for them. However the number of half-wits out there among us is staggering. These are folks that can rip their finger off with a roll of toilet paper. 👍
This will destroy your Battery 💯 percent ..this is cheap but the Battery is expensive.. Better to watch other projects with circuits in other RU-vid channels.
