Pizza delivery. I did that one. My truck broke down, was a snow storm out at night, ordered a pizza for delivery and rode with delivery guy. Tipped well haha
If a delivery driver actually did that and his employer found out, he was definitely fired for it. His and his employer's insurance does not cover commercial passengers and that is a huge liability issue.
@@31knot You're not making the point you think you're making. Only an idiot would risk a massive lawsuit and losing their job to do a favor for a stranger. Additionally, your snide comment about delivering pizzas reveals your ignorance about the industry and about employment in general.
@@ryandegrave8978 have you ever worked in one? This isn't about favor, this is about money 💰💰💰 how much do you pay your delivery guy? More than the health inspector?
@@JaySharon I really loved the entire series of king of being cheap, please make some more I even subscribed my friends as well without even knowing them I said I need phone n subscribed your channel 😂
@@inquisitivesoul3618 I can confirm. FBI handles domestic affairs while CIA handles foreign affairs. Sometimes I can hear them whispering to me to topple my own government
I’m late to the party; but Jay and Sharon are HILARIOUS and BRILLIANT with a little bit of irreverence, unethical behavior (and maybe even some sociopathy) thrown in for good measure! 😂😂😂🤣🤣 Absolutely genius!!!!
The Costco return thing happens with every seasonal item tbh, trees at Christmas, pools in summer. Eventually your account will get flagged for it, but generally they don't care because we make almost nothing on selling things (it's why the cashiers don't care if "Well YoU jUsT lOsT a SaLe," from someone trying to borrow their friend's membership. They lose money from letting a non-member buy stuff, but still retained a few pennies of profit from accepting a return and keeping the real member happy enough to renew their card next year). Edit: but it is also why the 90 days policy got put in place too. The system really was being abused too much by people getting new laptops every 2 years lmao.
@@anshulmanapure1980 nope. The genius part is even if they notice the car is in worse condition, it's hard to prove that it was because of anything you did, rather than normal wear and tear
I actually attempted the thing with ordering pizza delivery and trying to get home with the driver. Sadly they told me the delivery car isn’t a taxi and they’re not allowed to actually do this in case something happens to me. Idk if that was just an excuse, but I find it believable as it was their own employees delivering rather than something like ubereats
He's not BSing you, it's an insurance thing. He's considered a commercial driver so if anything were to happen to you yeah the company would be in trouble and he himself would get fired.
@@Gored1 ofc & safety issues 1) you could knife him/ her. 2) you could be a carrier of contagious diseases and not know it. Medical costs is expensive for few dollars of drivers fees and tips. 3) you're not going to br responsible of anything accident happen and you can sue him/her/the company & not worth it or losing job.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FOR 2023!!!! you guys are hilarious...makes me bust out laughing ...like when I first read my first Calvin and Hobbs book...what imagination!!!
