WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK when I’m hella stressed about literally everything HAHA. Honestly premed life as you guys can prolly imagine is not all fun and games, especially when you are a chronic procrastinator like mwah (proud to be one ://). Physics is so dang hard to study cries I hope y’all enjoy watching me stress and also eat lotsa yummy food to fuel my studying! Thank you guys a million for watching :) So grateful for all of y’all!

Sustainability!! This vid was filmed two wks ago and I was still using lots of paper and plastic! I wanted to let y’all know that I am currently trying to reduce and use reusable stuff that I bought recently! So you will see that in future vids❤️

You have a great balance of life. You manage to eat healthy, have fun, and study all at the same time. This is how your college years are supposed to be like. Especially, if you are a pre-med student like I was. Once you enter medical school, its a different story. So, please enjoy life !!!

ahh new video!! i get so happy every time i get a notif that you posted a new vid. i know i've already said this before but you posting these vids really makes me feel better, makes me want to strive and work hard at changing my mindset towards food. your vides really make me want to have a much healthier relationship with food despite my inner struggles. i'm not anywhere near close but i'm working towards it and your vids remind me how good life could be if i got better ❤️ and also you're looking pretty as always!!

Next time you go to Trader Joe’s, you might try their Speculoos crunchy cookie butter 🙂 yummy out of the jar but also spread on banana bread, mixed in oatmeal, etc. One of my favorite TJ’s items 😋
