Are you stupid bro? Not only does .25x speed exist to see this but he also hits the headshot regardless? Not to mention there really isn't any valo cheats out there that can manipulate where the bullet goes (magic bullet) like there is for counter strike, and if there is it'd be detected almost immediately. There's also a thing called recoil if you have ever heard of such a thing

As a dirt low elo player I'd say the one thing that did kinda seem fishy was his movement, at times it felt like I was spectating someone in my elo but with better crosshair placement - he was very careful even when he didn't need to be. Also, this is immo-rad elo and I feel like for them even if they're not used to an agent it wouldn't show that much since they have the basic mechanics down to a t so even if the abilities are a bit unfamiliar, they can lean on their aim and gamesense🤔 but yeah, I wouldn't say the cheating was blatant, he could've just had a bad day
